Bar Noel is quite a peculiar hidden gem in Tirana. The spot as quite a charming retro vibe. It’s widely known as one of the main favorite bars of actors, directors and artists in Tirana, as it’s situated just in the backside of the National Theatre 🎭. The service is very good, not sure if the lovely waitress has a good command of English, but still quite sure that she’ll be very helpful. They have very good appetizers and mezze, also the selection of drinks is not bad. Not the best place for the non smokers as you can smoke inside. Recommended!

Very cool place. I can imagine how much they missed the noncommunist world starting this pub just four years after the fall of the regime in 1991.

Perfect place, owners are really nice people. Girlfriend had stomach ache and they even gave us ibuprofen:) I really recommend

30year plus restaurant. One of the oldest places with most character in Tirana. Highly recommended.

Un piccolo tesoro nascosto nel centro di Tirana. Piatti tradizionali albanesi, pochi ma di qualità. Non c’è menù, ma la signora Maja è stata molto gentile è stata super nel consigliarci. L’ambiente è familiare e ci si sente come a casa. Da non perdere!

Nice, retro underground bar. The only thing is that smoke is allowed and it is not very nice for those who dont smoke adding that it is underground.
