Excellent service

Sehr qualifizierte Führer. Sicherheit wird ganz groß geschrieben. Auch mit den Schwimmwesten, den Helmen und den Booten. Schauen genau ob alles passt und heil ist. Sicherheitsunterweisung bekommen. Sie wissen was sie tun. Also hört auf Sie und vertraut Ihnen. Die Tour war richtig schön.

Hice el rafting y el descenso de cañones. El cañón bonito pero la experiencia es muy familiar, hay poca actividad y muy relajante. Si quieres adrenalina no lo hagas, por lo menos en verano.

Rafting trip was good…thus two stars, I’ll give them that.
They told us we would have an English speaking guide, but the vast majority was in Albanian, had to ask the guide multiple times what he was telling the others.
Also told us not to take our phones and that pictures of the trip would be made available to us. Have inquired numerous times, have heard nothing back from them.
Once they have your money, they don’t seem to care about the customer.
Recommend you use another company.

The canyon is really beautiful and worth visiting. But choose different company.
The guides were super boring and seemed that their only goal was not to get wet - and that we doing canyoning. Most of the time, they were just walking on the side and not talking to us or trying to make it somehow exciting.

The owner of the rafting is the most s*t*id arrogant, haughty, liar and stingy person i never have met. He says the canyon is his. He asked albanian license (don't exist because we spoke with police). We are profesional canyoners and have permis to do It. He threatened us with damage on our car... Maybe their raftings boats should have a night visit...

The owner of this company thinks he also owns the canyon and the river.
He invented that there are "military weapons" in the river, that they have found a deth person in the river and looking for another one (but didn't know the reasons they have died of, and they we taking customers for rafting anyway), that we need a special license for canyoning in Albania, that he owns the bolts and rings, and even theatened us by calling the police.
We have heard that even they have damaged some canyoner's cars.
Anything to avoid we could enter the canyons.
It is really a shame that someone can damage this way the image of this so warming and friendly country for who knows what hidden reasons.

Not recomendable at all.

They invited us to leave the area. If canyoning is forbidden just make a sign, instead of damaging our wheels. If they were more polite, I would have hired them for a rafting.

Not at all recommended. We were going canyoning and they tried to deceive us by saying that there were bombs in the river so that we would hire their service.

Very unprofessional guides. They created a bad environment and even threatened us. Better look for another company.

Muy mala experiencia. Al lado de las instalaciones de esta empresa se encuentra la entrada de un cañón para hacer barranquismo llamado Bigas. Cuando nos acercamos para estimar la actividad se acercaron en un coche y nos dijeron que el barranco no se podía hacer. Que había fallecido una persona y que el día anterior había desaparecido otra. Se apreciaban contradicciones en los argumentos e incluso hablaron de actividades militares. Nos prohiben la actividad en el barranco pero ellos bajan a sus clientes a hacer rafting. La verdad que el sentimiento de peligro y las alarmas que provocan no son agradables y mentir no favorece nada al entorno.
Nada recomendable contratar con esta empresa.
