Jermuk Waterfall

I adore the highest falls in Armenia. A great place to visit during summer and autumn. There are no huge crowd who visit the falls.

Jermuk Waterfall is a beautiful waterfall located in the Vayots Dzor Province of Armenia. It is a popular tourist destination, and is known for its stunning scenery and refreshing waters. The waterfall is made up of two cascades, the upper cascade is 56 meters high and the lower cascade is 25 meters high. The total height of the waterfall is 81 meters

The best time to visit Jermuk Waterfall is during the spring or summer, when the weather is warm and sunny. The waterfall is also a popular spot for hiking and picnicking. There are several trails that lead to the waterfall, and the hike is relatively easy.

Really lovely experience… deep within the gorge in Jermuk you will find this stunning 35 metre waterfall.

The place was very wonderful the waterfall was very gorgeous and the views are just on speakable so wonderful had a wonderful time. There was a special place so the tourists could go up on the waterfall and take pictures also there was a bridge so you could take a very wonderful pictures with the site of a waterfall. The waterfall was not 90° down waterfall it was about 60° and it looks so beautiful on a summer day when the sun is shining just perfect place for taking pictures and photos. Also when we came there were lots of butterflies and it was like it in the movie. Very Majestic place

Relaxing and mind healing place

This is a beautiful waterfall almost directly beneath the bridge leading into Jermuk over the Arpi River. What makes its beauty unique is the way the water spreads out from the source and slides down the rock at a 45-degree angle, evoking a dancer's skirt as she twirls around. It is reachable by car via a road, but a more memorable way to reach it is to walk down a paved footpath that descends alongside the steam flowing under the Bridge of Happiness (known also as the Miracle Bridge).

We visited on March. So all the water freezed and enjoyed snow. But the ride was super throuh the heavy ice block..everybody should try to visit this place. We selected march month because i wanna explore snow..april ,may and all ok.. so will get greenary also.

The "Mermaid's hair" as the waterfall is called. One of the best sites in Jermuk, where, especially end of spring, the waterfall flows with all its beauty.

Jermuk waterfall also known as "the hair if the Mermaid" This place is so serene and beautiful. Definitely a must visit place in Armenia 💜

The cherries and berries are must try here but its a little tricky to find with google maps, so pls follow Road signs
