Armenia Wine Company

Very beautiful and interesting place. The guide will tell you the history of the winery, you can walk through the museum which builds under the ground in rock. You can see the process of grape sorting and how the wine is made. Inside the winery is Nazani restaurant with a very delicious kitchen, where you can organize birthdays or weddings. Worth to visit!

Had a blast celebrating a friend's birthday here. Other than wine and brandy production they are also offering factory tours available in Armenian, Russian and English together with tasting. There is a restaurant here too.
The Armenian tour guide was excellent, she made everything sound very interesting and was so patient with us. As far as wine tasting, we got to try 3 different wines paired with some cold cuts, cheeses and fruits. Restaurant was nice too, prices were a bit higher than expected and music could get a bit loud at time, but the experience was really nice, and I was delighted to know that the whole restaurant was a non-smoking zone. That's such an important thing missing pretty much everywhere in Armenia.

This was one of my highlight during my recent stay in Yerevan, if not THE one.
An amazing clean and neat winery with a beautiful museum and an outstanding selection of historical items on display.
Also the restaurant on site treated us with a wonderful feast and excellent local wine of course.
A very special appreciation goes to our tour guide Siran Dashyan. She did a wonderful job, was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Can only recommend this tour to everyone. 👏

Proffessional and engaging tour in the winery with a warm welcoming from the staff. Great view to the mount Ararat. Very tasty restaurant on the site. Good for family gatherings or even occasions.

I really want to thank our guide who waited for us as we were running late that day. She did a great job explaining all of the wines and we really enjoyed our tasting. We shared one basic tasting, one super-bonus tasting, and the cognac tasting and that was a great combination. We did find it a bit difficult to arrange our reservation, but finally we were successful using Instagram. Thank you!!!

Excellent wine tour and tastings. The staff were very informative and friendly. The winery is only quite new, but it's been built with great style and is impressive to see.

Perfect wine

Dieses Weingut ist der größte Produzent Armenies. Alleine die englische Führung durch die Produktion ist den Ausflug wert.

Dann jedoch wird man in den hellen Steinblock geführt. Die historische Pforte öffnet sich, und es verschlägt den Atem. Über eine Rampe geht es tief in den Basalt. Man gelangt in ein überraschend großes unterirdisches Museum mit professioneller didaktischer Aufbereitung. Vor einer imposamten historischen Projektion gibt es historischen Wein zu kosten. In der zentralen Ausstellungshalle wird eine umfangreiche Sammlung präsentiert.

Der Brandy wird in einer weiteren Halle gelagert. Spezielle Musik soll von der Struktur der Gärung aufgenommen werden.

Zum Abschluss gibt es dann noch Weinprobe mit einem professionellen Sommelier. Wir haben viel gesehen und gelernt.

Insgesamt mehr als empfehlenswert. Zeit einplanen!

Несмотря на то, что конец апреля - не лучшее время для визита такого места, нам очень понравилось. Увлекательная экскурсия (и про само производство и вообще про виноделие в музее), можно посмотреть весь процесс - винодельня полностью продолжает работать во время визита гостей: цистерны приезжают-уезжают, переговоры с партнерами ведутся. Отдельно отмечу толковую дегустацию. Добраться туда и обратно из Еревана можно минут за 40 на такси. Основная программа плюс музей - часа полтора, в ресторане можно провести еще пару.

Хорошую экскурсию провела Анна. Прекрасная дегустация ,много юмора, спокойная и дружелюбная атмосфера. Стоит божественный коньячный запах в погребе.

Восхитительная экскурсия. Очень интересно, познавательно. Красиво. Приятная дегустация. Также на территории есть ресторан Nazani в котором все очень вкусно.
