This place was simply spectacular. It is pretty much unspoiled and not crowded. There was no one there when we visited. We got to see the falls from multiple angles. Just spectacular.

Amazing falls.. Roughly the same high as the famous not so far away Victoria Falls, but with thousands less visitors ! And far away from everything, I was the only visitor on the day I went ! Sleeping at the Pusada is a must , the rooms have a million dollars view ...

One of my favorite places to visit in Angola. They are spectacular from the top and the bottom. When it is sunny, you can see tons of rainbows on the mist.

The second biggest waterfalls in África, at 1100 altitude. If you are athletic person, you should visit the base of the Calandula waterfalls

One of the wonders of Angola. Usually very crowded but as the area is big you don't feel it so much. Take anti slippery shoes with you and remember not to play with nature.

It’s breathtaking to see this beautiful waterfall in Malanje province. When the sunshines there are many rainbows in just one place, the atmosphere is very moist due to the waterfall. You’re also able to see some donkeys and other animals. I highly recommend a road trip to Quedas de Kalandula.

Malanje is a spectacular and unique place, come and see with your eyes, pictures don't do "justice" to this amazing place in Angola!!

Kalandula Falls are waterfalls in the municipality of Kalandula, Malanje Province, Angola. On the Lucala River, the falls are 105 meters high and 400 meters wide. They are one of the largest waterfalls by volume in Africa. The distance from Luanda is 360 km.

This is the 2nd highest waterfall of Africa. Exuberant place which I recommend to visit. You will enjoy going down to the base of the fall, amazing experience.
