I can only rate the restaurant because I haven't stayed in the hotel. We ordered some simple food (soups and breaded chicken breast for mains). Everything was really delicious, our waiter was very polite and professional. The portions were so big that after the soup we had a mouthful of the mains and the rest went to a homeless dog outside the hotel. I'm sure he would say it was delicious.
My only complaint would be that in such a spacious restaurant there isn't a non-smoking area. We were sitting in a cloud of cigarette smoke even though we found a table as far away from other guests as possible.

I stayed there during late spring and once in early summer of 2019. One day, I got rained in in the city and got bad cold and one of the waiters (Merim) was so kind to me and made me hot tea with honey. He was so caring I felt welcomed in the city where I did not know anyone at all and was revisiting after many years. Later he was always so fast and serving all tables with speed, accuracy and excellent manners. Great work!

Good quality hotel, friendly service, nice restaurant and good quality rooms. Good location as well, and free parking. All in all recommended if you're looking for a place to spend the nice.
