Hotel Monti

A mountain ski resort that has an amazing and majestic Mountain View. Winter is unbelievable. Food, coffee and desert could not taste better! Get away with your loved ones to Monti hotel and spa. Staff are helpful and friendly and even guide you to the basement SPA and all activities. Clean and beautiful. Huge recommendation !

The hotel is new; rooms are very nice a comfortable. Clean.
Breakfast was great.
Location is also excellent.
To see around you need a car. Quit area for nice and long sleeping hours. I love that ski lift is available next to hotel; prefect for kids and family, you can drink coffee and see them in front .The hotel has a great park for kids. The only place to improve is food& beverage team who during breakfast was very loud,sharing experience from previous guest so loudly that everyone could hear.Coffee could be better as well.
But hotel is great even with such comments.

Monti Hotel uses high-quality materials and systems inside rooms and hotel at all. Rooms are very quiet, clean and comfortable. I tried body massage, and it was one of the best I had. Wellness was also very clean and there is a 25m long pool, 1.4m deep, enough for comfortable swimming. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful with whatever we asked of them.

I gave a mark 4 for location, cause apart from clean air, walking/running or renting a bike, there is no other useful content near the hotel.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The rooms were top class and the service was perfect. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. The view was stunning from all angles. Very good temperature for those who come from the gulf region. Beautiful design and architecture. The restaurant had Michelin worthy food. The activities were also very lovely. All the staff are accommodating and will help you with any problem. Definitely recommend to everyone.

The people in the room next to us were super loud all evening and morning, but everything else was so perfect, we didn't let the loudness ruin our stay ✨

Amazing wellness hotel, delicious food, extremely professional and helpful staff. I stayed here for 4 months, never had better experiences than here worldwide. Definitely our reconmendation! Update: We are back here. In the meantime, they added a skiing lift, an outside aprés ski bar and a very well designed children's playground.

Monti was a great experience for me when i first visited Igman. First the staff working are very hospitable and always straight to the point, service is quick too. Rooms are very nice with a good view of the surrounding forest and Igman overall.

The room feels kind of luxurious with a nice bathroom and bedroom, which has comfortable beds, good sized TV and some shelfs for your belongings including a wardrobe with a good amount of space.

Food is good too and I recommend pizza or local food like cevapi or steak. The outside has a playground that is well designed and is fun and a long walkway.

Very nice place for rest. I was in the summer. It is surranded with forest so perfect to cool down. Rooms are very clean and spacious. There is open parking in front of the hotel. Lift is available. Staff was very nice. Spa is available, I wasn't usinig it.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Monti. Everything was perfect - Amazing food, great service, a relaxing spa, and neat rooms. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to take a rest, eat well, and have a good time.

A bit pricey but still awesome place to get some fresh air

Great mountain hotel with amazing wellness and very friendly stuff. The food in restaurant is also very good. Minor issue we had during our stay is that there were no big towels in spa nor in rooms, which I find a bit weird. Hope they keep there standards high because it’s a perfect weekend getaway hotel.

Excellent experience with organizing company event! Emina was great and easy to communicate with and make arrangements. Everything was ready in time and planned accordingly with Damir as event manager.
Food was great and delicious, while Omar and Dean provided service on a high level.
In general, professional approach, commitment, food and service are only parts where hotel Monti contributed and supported us to make a great event.
Definitely recommended!

5/5 is well deserved at this place. We spent a an awesome time here at Hotel Monti and really, there is nothing to complain about. Super friendly + helpful staff and service, delicious food, wonderful views, spacious rooms and a spa area that is worth every single visit. Thank you to the entire team, we will definitely come back.

One of the best mountain hotels in Bosnia!

Just got in this morning and honestly my jaw dropped. First impression at reception desk was that I haven't seen so polite and helpful staff in a long long time. Same as rest of hotel and rest of staff. Rooms are extra clean and big. Still got dinner to try but I am sure it will be awesome as well as everything else

This was almost a 5 stat hotel. What let's it down is the poor service. We ate in the restaurant our first night. We were given some complimentary bread. We asked for butter. They brought some and charged 2 euro. We used one knob of butter but found this charge unreasonable. Also breakfast was mediocre and staff did not seem interested in refilling food.

The service is amazing - now wish the Team will let open!
There is a new Team and it’s working really amazing. Service is really up to the TOP.

Food: Fresh and on a very high level. If it’s a Steak or a Salat - 5 Stars. Waiters are really great - joking, attention on the guest, smiling and really know what there job is.

Wellness & Spa: Very clean, warm pool, bicycles for rent, training room is amazing with all things you need.

Rooms: Each room has a great view and a balcony. Rooms are clean and you can see each day the ladies doing a great job.

I organize a birthday party and there was nothing to do for me - I told my wishes and the Team overperformed.
