A pleasant experience during this mild winter in Bosnia. It was a sunny February day, but we came here in the afternoon, so we missed the sun. That's why water color is not so vivid, but looks great anyway. The entrance fee to the museum is 5€. There are few cafes at both sides of the river. The prices were reasonable, two coffees, two cakes and a drink was 11€. There is a huge paid parking 300m before the site and it was free in February.

A beautiful work of nature and God. An amazing sight to see, with high cliffs and a beautiful water stream beneath the cave.

One of the most picturesque places in Bosnia that you must visit. It's incredibly beautiful! On the right side, there is a boat tour, but they will simply take you five meters inside the mountain, and that's it. It's better to just enjoy the view, it's worth it.
If you want, there are many restaurants nearby with great cuisine.

Visited it in winter (no snow :)) and while the views we got do not match most summer photos I can say that the experience still delivers so it's a place worth visiting in rain or sunshine. The water was a majestic turquoise flowing with incredible fierceness and it looked beautiful yet terrifying at the same time. You couldn't help but just be in awe of it.

Now the "main attraction" - the house - so well maintained! The tickets are €5 or 10KM (CASH ONLY). They have toilets (I only saw Asian style squat toilets). You'll have to remove your shoes (can leave socks on) and be asked to wear a covering if you're in shorts and if you're a female (or at least appear to be a "typical" female) you'll be asked to wear a head and shoulder covering. The house is fantastically maintained. You can take photos and videos, too. It's a great experience and provides great views of the river! Definitely worth visiting.

It is one of the places I have visited in Bosnia, wonderful and peaceful. If you want to reach to the end point no need to enter the museum/takiah instead you can go to the other side through the bridge freely.

It is beautiful. There are plenty of souvenir shops and nice cafe/restaurants on the river (literally). We walked and met some very friendly stray dogs and cats. I would totally come back to this place.

Such an incredible place at the nature! Beautiful mountain, river, greenery. Also, u will find natural honey, jam, juices to purchase.
There are paths for hiking as well.
During autumn you will find a lot of pomegranates on the trees. U can pick it up and eat !
Must to visit.

Really nice to see during summer. Lots of restaurants on site. There is also a paid boat tour in the cave. Water is crystal clear and ice cold. Great place to have a coffee and a short walk.

One of the most beautiful locations in this part of Herzegovina. U can buy tickets at the door and theres never really that many people there so dont worry about crowds. Women must cover their hair if they wish to enter and theres scarfes at the entrance no need to bring your own. If u need a tour guy theres always kind workers there whom u can ask as many questions as u want theyre knowledgeable and accomodating.

This place has an energy that will calm your soul and mind. Tekija is a place nearer to God, the river is a place that is near to heart. Go there!

This place is magical. The scenery is just phenomenal. You can take a canoe in the cave for a small fee ($2). Grab a coffee or a beer and enjoy the serenity 👍

Our coach has to park at a distance, and we walk to the restaurant for our lunch.

there are stalls along the path, more of a distraction from the beautiful surround.

More to come

Great place 7 restaurants meals cost around €6 euro to €15 maximum for steak . You must the red trout fish fillet from the river , it tastes like Alaskan salmon for €10 . From Mostar a taxi is €8 eachway with a tip . Or the local bus 4 times a day is €1 each way .
