The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The most significant issue was the lack of temperature control in the rooms, resulting in uncomfortably high temperatures during our stay. While the breakfast offered a decent variety of options, it fell short of the standard expected from a four-star hotel. Nevertheless, considering the price point, the value for money was acceptable.
One notable aspect was the hardworking nature of the staff, particularly a young man who seemed to be on duty constantly. It was evident that he was juggling multiple roles, from reception in the afternoon to the café in the evening, and then back to breakfast service the next morning. While we appreciated his dedication, it was concerning to see the staff potentially overworked.
In conclusion, Hotel Lobby offers decent accommodations and friendly service. Additionally, the management should ensure that the workload is distributed more evenly among the staff to prevent burnout. With some adjustments, this hotel has the potential to provide an even more enjoyable stay for its guests.

Absolute lovely people great service and not to mention the cleaness and location was amazing.a very big thank you to the team over there starting from the manager sanela which was absolutley helpfull in every single way and to all the team at the hotel.i absolutley enjoyed my 21 days there and i would defnitley be back again.highly recommend

Very good bussiness hotel. Very comfortable, real hotel furniture and not some cheap stuff. Who doesn't mind location out of city centre (reachable by car in 5 min), it suits perfectly.
The only thing to improve are large tables in breakfast hall (very uncomfortable and space wasting comparing to smaller 2- or 4-seat tables), and mediocre breakfast.

The hotel is very good.
The room is big, the breakfast is nice and there’s a restaurant, a small market (has a bit of everything) and a gas station with the hotel (wich is very convenient).
The only issue was that during my stay the Wi-Fi wasn’t working because of some city construction.

I strongly recommend this hotel!

The girl at the reception has been really nice with us, despite the fact that we disturbed her by clicking on the SOS button by mistake for nothing at 11pm! Sorry for that again 🙏

We went on a 12-day Balkan trip and this was the most memorable and comfortable hotel we stayed during the trip as the rooms and toilets were clean and smelt fresh/new, it was spacious, comfortable, with tasbih, sejadah (Muslim prayer mat) and a discreet marker on the ceiling to show the direction of Makkah in every room. Mr Kamal, the manager greeted us upon arrival and even posed for pictures with us before we left. Highly recommended as the food was great and there's a convenience store and petrol station attached to the hotel.

14.9.2022 brandnew hotel,ideal for stopover at border, restaurant well, at gas station even bosnian SIM available. Great deal for single for 30 Euro incl breakfast!

The hotel seems new and clean. Pillows and bed were nice and helped to get a good night rest. Food/meals are OK.

A bit expensive but the food is just on point nicely served Aesthetic and most importantly it tastes amazing
