This is the first transport system who cares for their customers. They rearranged their system for giving the best service to the customers. Both the AC and non AC waiting rooms are decorated very nicely. Though the AC ticket price is a little bit high. Overall it's better than the other transports I guess.

No 1 Bus company for Dhaka Sylhet Route. Word of Caution, Don't EVER book with their Non AC service. The premium AC bus service is comfortable. It took 6 hours to reach Sylhet from Dhaka

The waiting room is better with clean toilet, washroom, praying room, pure drinking water. The whole waiting room is air conditioned and they have arrangements for watching Tv.

Good bus service..the customer care executives are helpful...they are very friendly..but their waiting room service should be re-decorated..the price of the ticket Sylhet-Dhaka 470 bdt only...the drivers are very good maybe they are ferrari drivers of Bangladesh with 1J lol :p but yes it is ok..

Never used coach service is Bangladesh, very impressed. The seats are luxurious with plenty of space, single seater. Coach is very smooth and driver seems very careful. Only coach company that goes to Dhaka Airport I'm told.
