As many have noted, we were kinda skeptical about visiting but SO glad we did! This place was really neat! Built for the World’s Fair it showcases what we believed technology would become… It’s a fun interactive exhibit with a great light show and great views of the surrounding city. It was one of our favorite attractions!

A beautiful piece of art takes you back in time to 1958. It's hard to imagine that such a structure could be built during that era... It's a truly wonderful and must-visit place if you are in Brussels...

Super cool place. I almost missed the secondary exhibits. They tried some different things... The light show and history of world fairs were the most interesting. But mainly I appreciated the symbol of science and reason

It’s a must-visit if you're in Brussels.

The Atomium is a landmark modernist building in Brussels, Belgium, originally constructed as the centerpiece of the 1958 Brussels World's Fair.

The entrance fee is €16, which also includes admission to the design museum.

The light spectacle is wonderful and serves as the main attraction.

Excellent attraction when visiting Brussels or Belgium, Mark, not overly priced and we waited a little while, but it was a weekend to be expected. Places to eat and drink nearby are limited, but they are available. A great experience, and one that I would definitely recommend to take some fantastic pictures, and experience the whole elevation

A great looking piece of art and engineering. It is beautifully made and very large. When inside you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Well worth a visit.

I was not sure about this place and almost missed it, but finally decided to visit it - I’m very happy that I did it, it’s great.
The construction is impressive, very photogenic. View from the top is great, the whole city is visible. I really like the light exhibition inside, almost psychotic (in a positive manner).
If you are not sure if you should to see it, the answer is yes, you should.

I really had no idea what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The amount of climbing was not excessive. The history and medics presented was interesting and engaging. The light show was super! I’m Terri Lu afraid of highs but the views from inside were beautiful and I felt secure. There were lots of families with children and they seem entertained.

Well restored expo monument in Brussel next to Mini Europe. Lots of available parking and next to train stop for easy access. Views will vary depending of weather but on good days you can see clearly across town. Good place for small children to visit or whole families.

Long queue times. Nevertheless it's worth to visit, exciting exhibition and friendly ticket office staff, who seems to know every language under the blue sky, making you welcome in to their country and business. Thank you :)

Famous landmark of Belgium, built for the Belgium expo of 1958, take 1,5 hour to visit inside all.
We had as first of our list to do in Bruxelles to celebrate our anniversary

The Atomium in Brussels is an architectural marvel and a must-visit attraction! Its striking design, inspired by the structure of an iron crystal magnified 165 billion times, is truly awe-inspiring. The panoramic views from the top offer a breathtaking perspective of the city, while the interactive exhibits inside provide fascinating insights into Belgium's history and scientific advancements. Whether you're a history buff, architecture enthusiast, or simply seeking a unique experience, the Atomium promises an unforgettable journey into the heart of Brussels' cultural and scientific heritage. Don't miss this iconic landmark on your visit to the Belgian capital!

An amazing piece of architecture that harkens back to a time where anything felt possible in Europe. Built in the 1950s, The Atomium feels as futuristic now as I imagine it did back then.

The queue was roughly an hour, but it was a busy weekend so I guess that is to be expected. Although the queue was large, it never felt busy or packed once we were inside.

The restaurant at the top was fantastic, I would recommend a traditional Belgium beer and a traditional Belgian waffle if you don’t want to break the bank too much. The views were spectacular.

The light show inside one of the “balls” was phenomenal. A technological marvel only triumphed by the marvel of the “building” itself.

The Worlds Fair museum in another of the “balls” was fascinating. Why don’t we have a Worlds Fair anymore?!

This is a must for anyone visiting Brussels!

I enjoyed Atomium more than anywhere else in Brussels. You can enjoy it from both outside and inside and take great pictures. Each level has some special moments and features. There's a restaurant in the highest shpere that has a great view over Brussels and surrounding. I highly recommend it

Definitely a must visit. We’d been to Brussels before but never inside the Atomium. It’s really a cool attraction, initially you go up in a lift with a glass roof and then make your way down via the connecting tubes via stairs and escalators. Inside there’s information about its history, great views of Brussels and this proper mental light show which is popping. We went at the end of the day, right before close and it was super quiet so you could experience everything without the hustle and bustle of other people. Loved it.

Such a wonderful experience visiting here!
Easy public transport links from the city and then a great view all around.
If that had been it I'd have been slightly disappointed but the light/sound experience was incredible. Don't know if it's a permanent instalation though.
Also worth buying tickets in advance and going on a weekday not in the height of summer.

We bought the tickets at counter itself. (It’s 1euro cheaper if you buy from counter)
Anyways we visited Atomium on weekday and so not much crowded.
The structure was gigantic and must say when on top the view was spectacular. Staff will guide you completely for your complete tour.
There’s a cafe to behind the Main Entrance.
Overall great experience and highly recommended to visit ones. Also if you have opted Tootbus tour, it’s on Blue bus route.

Such a unique experience! We didn’t do much research before visiting this attraction so the light shows were a great surprise. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Brussels. It’s easy to access by tram (20-30 minutes from the city center) and a short walk. There are free bathrooms inside the Atomium as well!
