Had a fantastic stay here. The park is well maintained and there's loads for the kids to do. The pool area is really nice but a little dated in parts. Discovery Bay is amazing. The central dome has a tropical area with flamingos. The kids played here for hours. Staff were friendly. Really enjoyed our stay

A really good place to stay, love the system here of wristbands, this makes all of the stay really easy and efficient, there a good activities and the rooms could be cleaner though. Beds are comfy and nice to sleep in. The aqua mundo is really fun and I recommend to anyone who goes to try out the wild river. Definitely recommend this place and would love to go again

Spent our family holiday here (party of five, child ages 15,14 & 2) and would highly recommend staying at de Vossemeren to everyone.
To begin with the parc is huge, half way into the week and we were still discovering new areas. I'd advise bikes for your stay as it's easier and quicker to get any place you want, even venturing out to the nearby canal, the local town of Lommel or crossing the border into the Nederlands. The landscape is so flat and the roads are so bike friendly that it's a joy traveling on two wheels.

At the heart of the parc is the building that houses the tropical pool, shopping area, restaurants, customer service desk and an amazing selection of wildlife just chillin.
The pool is a decent size, has loads of different areas including a wave machine, an underwater aquarium and a variety of water slides, with a white water rapids section taking you outside. Dotted around the place are several jacuzzis, heated sunbeds and a snack bar with plenty of seating.

The supermarket has a good selection to choose from, you can even find pasteurised milk in the fridges so that you don't have to live on, the almost alien-like, UHT milk for the week. Loads of treats are available from the in-house bakery and there are limited roast chickens available. Be aware that the accommodations only have stoves, microwaves and toasters to cook with, if the weather is good then you can barbecue too.

There are a few restaurants to choose from, we tried the burger bar, the pizzeria and the grill. The burgers have a unique taste, which we loved, the pizzeria kept us waiting a long time for average pizzas. Fuego the adventure grill was our favourite dining experience, with huge steaks and delicious desserts. The prices were a little on the steep side, but nothing more than is usual when in a holiday resort.

Outside they have huge lakes, which are all surrounded by white sandy beaches. Here you can choose from a wide selection of watersports such as waterskiing, hoverboarding, paddle boards, etc. We had a go on the banana boat and laughed nonstop throughout. They also have a choice of boats to take out to enjoy the setting.

It should come as no surprise that amongst the treetops there was the standard adventure equipment, including a death slide across the entire length of a lake.

There is also a small petting farm, an indoor activity centre and an indoor pirate adventure park, which includes rope bridges high up by the ceiling, a water maze, an indoor beach area and a, little known, live bat living in the cave entrance.

As I said at the beginning, we had the best time here, it was a week of nonstop fun for all our various ages. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and there was no issue with language barriers, that a good bit of mime or Google translate couldn't sort out.

If you've been considering coming here, my advice would be to take the leap, you won't regret it.

Had a great time. Drove from Rotterdam and it was pretty straightforward. Discovery Bay was brilliant the kids had some great adventures there. Did the introduction to scuba diving which was well worth the money. Had a cabin near the farm which my 7 year old loved. The beach and lake seemed as if they'd be lovely in summer. Had a good cycle to a local country park where there is a big tower to climb. There is a naked sauna which was new to me but good fun. Even with the ferry cheaper than centre parcs in the UK at half term.

Nice waterpark in Belgium close to the border of The Netherlands with plenty of vegetation, 4 slopes, two wild rivers, a wave pool, 4 hit baths, UV and a pool to do snorkeling and see aquariums under water. The price for the tickets at 17h was 20€ and parking for 6€.

Smaller than it's Dutch neighbour De Kempervannen (a favourite of ours) we decided to try De Vossemeren and was not disappointed. With a slightly older market dome we were worried at first that we'd made a mistake, but the staff and facilities made such a difference. As standard CP layout, it's based around a lake where you can try watersports get (even in October), the cabins are dated but well maintained, and the beds are comfy after a day of cycling, swimming and whatever else you can fit in. The supermarket is well stocked and yes, more expensive than the Jumbo in town (I would recommend stocking up when you arrive then spending as much time not driving as possible - it's a faff to get your car in and out of the park on non check-in days). The pool is brilliant fun, with a good selection of slides and cafe. Lockers accept €1&€2 coins. If we do a CP again this will be first choice.

Something went wrong with the payment (we play but it didn't show up in the system) but the staff let us in either way.

Make sure you take the time to explore, there are several slides but it may take some time to discover them, it's like exploring a jungle.

There are plenty of lifeguards so as far as I can tell it's very safe!

That is my second visit and I love it.
The good thing about is that for 5 years is exactly the same so no surprises.

Great location, friendly staff, clean accommodation and perfect for a family in need of some serious swimming time. Would love to see some renos and an indoor 'spielplatz' for next time.

Great holiday, especially for families with young children. Much better value than the UK center parcs, although not as many activities and they are still quite expensive. Accommodation was a little tired but clean and more than adequate.

Very nice park. The centre with the restaurants and the swimming pool is created like a jungle with a lot of trees, rivers and animals. You can choose between different restaurants, all located in the centre of the park.
Aquamundo is created in the same style, a lot of (real) trees, and decor like in a Caribbean area.
5 different types of waterslides, and a wave pool and more.
Very nice place

Compares favourably with UK centre parcs and great value. Great for younger kids (under tens) in particular.

We really enjoyed the holiday at De Vossemeren. Great waterpark , the discovery bay and all the activities are exciting. Really liked the pool with the aquariums. I would like to mention Lucky from the pool team that was very kind and responsive to our requests.

Aqua dome is pretty fun for the kids, the location is brilliant. Practically like driving to Manchester except your driving to Belgium! The town nearby is good for food shopping and its mostly flat to cycle to..

One of the most fantastic places on the map of Belgium. Large park with lake and private cottages. There are many attractions on site, including an aquapark. I spent my birthday with my husband in the aquapark. Many attractions guaranteed great fun. I felt like a teenager again. Thank you. Monkey Splash and the wild river are wonderful. Warm, many lifeguards watch over the safety of users. You can take your own meals, although there is a snack bar on site. I heartily recommend. Prices are affordable. I will definitely come back.
