Nice caves. Good place to visit. Guide was nice and friendly. Tours in French and Dutch. Be prepared for a lengthy walk and steps. A bonus - AN ELEVATOR out of the caves 🤣

Wonderful experience. One hour guided visit. Around 280 steps, so not recommended for disable persons. Area around Cave is also nice to explore. You can buy tickets at tye reception, but good to book in advance, then you just reach their at the booked time.

Beautiful cave, with very intricate design of stalagmites and stalactites. The guided tours depart every 30 mins, with explanations both in French and Flemish. The visit takes about 45 mins. There is no restaurant on site, just some snacks and beverages available.

Very nice limestone cave system. Had to wait an hour for the tour to start since it was very crowded but it was definitely worth it. The only cave system in Belgium that contains a large gorge within and that is something worth visiting indeed. Beautiful

A must see when visiting the area. Our Dutch/French/English speaking guide was very well informed about the caves and took the time to properly explain things. Beware of many stairs but well worth it!

A nice place to visit when it's warm. With the nice constant 12 degrees it is a bit cool down in the cave. A tour possible in French, Dutch and English. The tour was given by a student guide who could tell a lot about the cave and it's history. Really cool to see such old things so deep down. For sure a go-to location when you are in the area.

The most amazing and beautiful cave of Belgium and the Netherlands (although Netherlands has cave 😝). It's situated in the beautiful Ardenne. In the middle of very beautiful landscape and nature.
Very much recommended!

Very cool place to visit. A very nice and polite guide told us a lot of interesting facts about it. We enjoyed the trip on the boats. The underground river is almost the longest in the world. That was really exciting. If you plan to visit in in summer do not forget to take warm clothes. It is rather cold in it.

Absolutely superb. Tours in French, Dutch and English. A long way down into the grottes but so worth the visit. Knowledgeable guide and a very interesting experience. Felt at times like the hideout of a James Bond baddie which made it even more impressive. Lift out was a bonus. Strongly recommended.

Beauthiful caves to give it a visit. The money is worth the tour of 1 hour.

The guide explains everything very well and makes fun jokes that makes the ambiance more relaxed in the group.

Fun to know that some cheeses are being held in caves because of the perfect temperature.
I recommend to visit the caves of Hotton to everyone.
The surrounding nature around the caves is also definitely worth a walkthrough. Amazing views. It was a relaxing day out.

Lovely caves, with very high and small chambers, because these caves formed during an earthquake. Big stalagmites, stalactites, pillars and some tiny gravity defying eccentricities.

An incredible act of nature, would definitely recommend to wear hiking boots. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and was very helpful with questions.

It is fondly called the caves of 1001 nights, because of its splendid beauty. The galleries are in 2 levels and the lower ones go as deep as 65m. At the depth of the cave, you can still see the water. The most fascinating is the Gallery of the Caving Club of Belgium (galerie du Spéléo Club de Belgique) with its exceptional dimensions of 200m x 35m x 10m.

Beautiful caves with a surprising backstory and origin. We had a very enthusiastic guide who just passed his exam the day before, but none the less he made it a great experience. Prepare yourself with a jacket or sweater or something that covers your underbody, because it's around 12 degrees Celsius down there and a bit moist.

This was our first visit to caves in Belgium, so although we don't have experience to compare with other Belgian caves, we had visited caves in Sochi and Abkhazia before and this one looks not less impressive. Highly recommended to visit, family friendly. Free parking is also nearby.
