Comfortable room in a good location on the edge of Barvaux. The spa is small but very nice, and the restaurant food was delicious. The staff were friendly and very accommodating with our small baby.

Good value for money , nice setting of wellness , heated pool, prefect for winter time. Restaurant is quite good , I would highly recommend to order the traditional French main course on the menu. The surprise is the bartender create a cocktail "icebaby", beautiful present and really nice flavors. He also would like to share his passion about creating drinks.

One thing could be possibly improved is that the soundproof of the room, we have a room on the first floor next to the stairs , early in the morning we can hear clearly sounds from the bar and people moving luggages. But for the price we paid, we can not complain . It is totally a nice wellness weekends here, we would definitely come back, highly recommend!

The hotel is very clean and my daughter really enjoys the wellness area. It has a big pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I also noticed a biljart table. Breakfast was also very tasty and plentiful. All staff were very friendly and quickly changed to dutch when they noticed my bad french.

The hotel is situated outside the city center in a more quiet area. Most things are reachable in driving less then 15min. For example adventure park, hiking trails, kayak, caving, etc etc.

There were only 2 improvement points that I could think of:
- I used the airco like the explanation said but it still didn’t cool the room at all. Now it is a spring and room was 25*C in evening. I think this would be problem in summer.
-water kettle was a bit dirty. At the bottom there was calc and the filter wasn’t so clean. This surprised me because the rest of the room and hotel was very clean.

I also liked they contacted me a and ask for feedback. They said they will work on the 2 points mentioned above.

This hotel is a good recommendation in my opinion! Please keep up the good work!

Very nice experience altogether. The chambers were very nice and clean, the surrounding grounds were beautiful and very silent. Wellness was very ideal too, though the opening times were a bit variable. But the pool was wonderful and the sauna too. Food could be better, certainly for vegetarian people, though they were on top of any complaints or problems there.
We were with quite a large group of people who wanted to have a small party after the bar closed, and the hotel staff came with a wonderful solution. They had repurposed a meeting room to party room, and set up drinks in ice there, together with snacks and lights and everything. It was very cozy and everyone had a wonderful time. Huge shout-out to Owen from the bar-staff for arranging that all, we couldn't be more happy! Also, Owen partied with us and made an unforgettable cocktail with fresh strawberry in the middle of the night! We had a wonderful stay.

Great hotel with amazingly well organized covid management. Near a nice walk to the city center alongside the river. With a relaxing swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. To be constructive, I would say that the room could be more sound proof. But for the rest, nothing to complain about. It was a real pleasure to stay there.

We booked this welness hotel for my birthday.
First of all, the location is amazing. The hotel is surrounded by nature, and within +-5 minutes by car u can arrive in durbuy.

Durbuy is a great medieval city, and the castle and churches are stunning. We were there even at saturday night and there is an active citylife for young and old. Also we did really enjoy the architecture of durbuy.

Within 10 minutes there is adventure valley, where u can do several activities like kayak, climbing, freefall, huge zipline and giant water slides for a fair price

About the hotel: it fitted all our needs.
There was a pool table, a swimming pool with a great view, a jacuzi and even a hydromassage.

My boyfriend called before to put roses and a red wine at the hotelroom for my birthday and they were happy to do it for a fair price.
My boyfriend got pretty sunburn and the staff made on request icepacks for his burn, but advised to buy aftersun too.

The staff seems to care really alot about their guests, the hotel is clean and the comfort level is stunning.

We definatly would suggest this hotel and would go again here in some time.

Even though it is quite distant from Durbuy, it is nevertheless a nice, clean and organized hotel. One of the good things about it was that the swimming pool was still available (through reservation). The staff also served breakfast and dinner, but only available inside of your own room.

Stayed here few times. This hotel has good restaurant and rooms. You can enjoy nice sit out on the terrace and have a coffee, while enjoying a view of Ardennes rolling hills.
