Loved the lunch! Decent pricing for the location and the guys are taking good care of the guests. Nice selection of beer and top quality food. The ambience is unique! Will visit again.

The best meal we had in Belgium (considering Brussels, Brugge and Antwerpen) with a great service.

The curry chicken with basmati rice, salad and bread was perfect (not too spicy).

The carbonara is not the traditional one but we super recommend it.

They have a lot of beers in the menu and the waiter helped us choosing the best ones.

A wonderful traditional pub, brilliant music, great beer and delicious food. What more does one need. Fantastic all round.

We stumbled across this place on the way to the station and chanced our arm, expecting a simple meal to keep us going. We were blown away, to be frank. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great - very inviting and friendly. We had the lamb lasagne and chicken pesto pasta, but everything served to those around us looked very appetising too!

Food was super big servings and very delicious, it was a mix of Mediterranean food and Indian I guess. We ordered a pita, a pasta and a seafood soup, all highly recommendable. The chai masala was interesting to try. It costed 70 euros for all we ordered, ain’t cheap but may consider only ordering one main dish for two people next time.

A "world" of food? Indeed...we joked with an American couple about going in the kitchen to authenticate who was actually cooking all this variety. Then our delightful server, when asked, told us there are multi ethnic chefs in the kitchen! Wa-la. Therefore, expect whatever cuisine you choose to be authentic.

We sat in the courtyard and you probably should have a reservation if you want to sit outside. (At least in the summer.) We happened to get the only table available at 6pm.
(The building itself was once a monastery for Buddhist monks.)

Quite compact and you may have to wait a while but breakfast was delicious

I spotted this place whilst searching the internet, prior to our visit to Brugge. As it was on our route into town from the Station, I thought it would make a decent lunch or dinner venue.
I wasn't wrong. Even though it was 19.30 on a Saturday night and we hadn't made a reservation, the two waitresses were happy to help and offered us a table for two which was promptly set out and our beer delivered just as quickly!
Food took 45 minutes to arrive but they were busy and rushed off their feet. Seeing as we hadn't pre booked, it wasn't a problem. It was great to people watch and soak up the ambiance of such a quaint little place.
Food was exceptional, lots of it and served piping hot.
The curry plate for two people at €51 is more than enough food with rice and salad refillable at no extra cost!
We popped back the next day for a beer and to say a quick thank you to the staff for being so helpful and accommodating!

After a long day of exploring Bruge, this place was a gem for my family of five to find for amazing food and drinks. Friendly hospitality and a very cozy atmosphere. The sweet potato fries and curry mayo were out of this world! We had the Duck wok, carbonara and bolognese!

Great food and very cozy. I'd recommend calling ahead if possible, just to see if they have room AND to see if the kitchen is open, as we got caught by both requirements. However, when we did eat there, it was totally worth it! The veggie tortigrilla was awesome!

Amazing value for money at this place. We ordered a noodle soup and a tapas platter and they were both very very big and delicious for the cost! Busy and large but really great service!

Authentic Bruggese bar with nice beers and cocktails. A bit of a slow service, but you don’t wanna be here in a hurry anyway. Nice garden inside, ideal for a sunny day. A bit expensive, but I think it’s the price for this area of Brugges. Very good vibe, and relaxing. I haven’t eaten here, but they have nice options on the menu. Worth checking.

Absolutely loved the place!!! The staff was so accommodating and so nice. Totally recommend. The food was absolutely fantastic. The drinks were superb. Totally recommend visiting people. Perfect for kids as well.

Nice variety of Belgian beers, that was the reason why we were there.

So yummmmmmmmy! I don’t know how else to start this review besides saying so yummy. I had the duck with rice and it was just excellent. The rice had a buttery flavor which paired well with the sautéed vegetables. The meat of the duck breast is perfectly seasoned and cooked while the skin of the duck was also flavorful and had a nice crunch. Very happy I was able to try this place and will definitely be back to try out the other dishes.
