8 years Tesla S Nikola = great team.

We were interested in buying a tesla for a while now. We discovered Nikola Brussels over a google search for second hand Teslas. We went there without an appointment, Jonathan and Bruce welcomed us and we felt immediately on the right spot . These two are experienced, passionate and efficient. We have been at the Tesla shop in Zaventem and it was horrible, no comparison between the two. Jonathan and Bruce are amazing people, always Friendly and always available! 24/7. Jonathan helped us find our dream car, the sale went so smooth and we are so happy with our amazing car. They have a much bigger range of available vehicles, then anybody in and around Brussels, the facilities are clean and welcoming. We have always been offered something to drink. The have many spots outside the building for parking your car. Test driving with Jonathan was a delight. We definitely recommend Nikola Brussels for everyone who's interested and as passionate as them about #Tesla vehicles. Please do never change you guys rock!

The fastest Van, the fastest transaction!
I had been looking around for some time for a six seater Model X for a reasonable price with good looks. Once I saw the new add on a Saturday morning I texted Nikola Brussels (Bruce) and by early afternoon we had a deal. The car was delivered from Brussels to Munich on Wednesday! And, what should I say, it is just great.
Even the TÜV and registration in Germany was supported within the same week. All super fast, and super friendly.
We needed to get the suspension arm (Querlenker) fixed. But again, quick and easy communication with Johnathan, the other owner, and it had been taken care of.

We picked up our Model S P85 last week and it all ran very smoothly. Starting from our first contacts with Bruce via WhatsApp a while ago to the delivery of the car, the service provided was simply excellent. They assisted us with all the paperwork for the registration and they even changed the winter tyres to summer ones to comply with the Italian regulations.
The showroom is really beautiful, well equipped and well maintained with a comfy lounge overlooking all the cars.
On the day of the delivery Laurens took care of us: he is very knowledgeable in all things Tesla and a true motoring enthusiast.
We can only highly recommend buying a Tesla here, since they really are experts and can give you the best possible assistance all the way.

Drove my brand new Model X Performance straight from delivery to Nikola Brussels. They had everything planned in detail since I had a very tight schedule and requested a lot of work on the car. Already at the drop-off (after hours) it got that same positive vibe I got during the communication with Johnathan for the offer. They kept me updated throughout the process of the full satin black wrap and chrome delete as well as the ceramic coating. When they got the car ready (before the planned date even) it was stunning. I get compliments and turning heads all the time. Nikola Brussels did a great job on my car, they are really service minded and super nice people to work with. I recommend them to all Tesla owners!

Nikola Brussels is very professional, kind and honest team. They precisely answered myriad of my questions about all aspects of the car before as well as after purchase. Car was handed over in perfectly cleaned state as well as charged. Everything was just as we agreed before. Guys arranged everything so that I can smoothly get transit plates for my drive back home to Lithuania. Recommending them in a heartbeat.

We ran into issues with our Tesla. Out of despair, we called nikola. Despite having never met us or sold us anything, Nikola was much more responsive than Tesla’s services. He was friendly, helpful, concerned about our situation, and gave sound advice. Everything we wished Tesla have been.

As I was looking for an EV with direct availability I came across Nikola Brussels for secondhand Tesla's. After meeting with Johnathan it was clear to me that these guys are really passionate and trustworthy. I got the exact advice I needed and all my questions were answered. Even on the topic "fiscal", on which they contacted on of their customers (legal) to get the right info right away. I recently was in contact with Tesla Service for an issue on my car and again, Johnathan jumped in to make sure I was being served perfectly. Bruce and Johnathan know their business and know how to service customers who care a lot about customer intimacy.

The guys at Nikola Brussels are as passionate about Tesla as I am. They are very knowledgable and their service is impeccable. They have much quicker turnaround times for repairs then Tesla itself. So, if you either need your Tesla fixed or you are looking for a second hand Tesla, Nikola Brussels is definitely the place to be.

Both Jonathan and Bruce were of great advice, availability, responsiveness and friendliness. Moving to a Tesla is easy for the driving and can be a bit stressful to start with regarding charging. But both of them were there to guide and help. Buying a second-hand Tesla definitely is an excellent solution. For new Tesla-owners, check the type of current you have at home or where you will charge to get the best cables (Belgian's three-phase often lacks the 'neutral' needed for some cables).

Nikola Brussels sold my Tesla Model S 85 within 10 weeks. They took care of everything: Technical control, Cleaning & Detailing, Test-drives, Potential buyers vetting, Charging, Software updates, Tesla account transfer, etc.
