There is an interesting column hand-pump in the middle of the small tree-filled square at Sint-Amandsstraat just west of Markt in the Historic Centre of Bruges.

The column is around 6.5 metres high and is topped by a circular item, perhaps a globe. The column stands atop a simple rectangular shaped base. This is where you will see the old water pump, which appears to have been out of use for quite some time.
