I have placed an order for groceries and received my shipment at Ghent in 2days. Packaging was very good and same for product quality. Very satisfactory with the service and highly recommended.

Groceries delivered at home, packing was good and overall a Good service.. I will order in future for sure.

Possible improvement : there was no response for order placed on website until contacting on phone. May be that can improved and the estimated delivery date can be communicated to customers on same day after placing orders.

On my next order with SNS Food, they are already made the improvement I suggested above.. After the order is placed on website, on same day I got an email with estimated delivery.

I ordered 1st time from SNS, previously was ordering from DesiShop. Prices are reasonably low compared to their other competitors. So, my 1st experience with SNS remains good. Also, my order delivered one day after the placement of online order.

The last Laila Basmati 20kg that I ordered was the Laila Basmati that I fell in love with, I hope that the new one that I received today will be as good as that. I've had twice two orders that wasn't good, I hope that you will maintain a good supplier to avoid this from happening.
For the rest, the communication and delivery is swift and client friendly.

It was the third time i ordered from sns foods. All items are perfectly packed and delivered on time. Huge variety of pakistani/ Indians products at reasonable price.

Shop's fairly new but the website is easy to use and offers a large variety of items and an excellent delivery service. There's always some sort of discount going on. The online way provided of shopping for my groceries and have them delivered to my doorstep is really convenient and helpful.
