Fantastic hotel located between two mountains and hot mineral springs. It is a perfect place for those who wants to escape from the cloudiness of the city and the intensive busy week. It is a quite a very quiet place just for relaxation and a good company of the beloved ones.

Nice pools with hot springs water. While we were there it started to rain and there was an electricity outage - windy autumn period. The personnel were great during that event and made sure that we have everything we might need. We stayed in the pool right until the electricity was restored, and it was still quite hot :) A perfect place for small parties.

Great place for spending a weekend in a hot pool and eat good food. Not too many people there during non-holiday winter weekend, so it is very quiet and calm. Two pools outdoors with hot water during the winter. One small pool indoor, sauna and steam bath.

This is our second time here and it was even better than the first. Staff is always going the extra mile to help you: from the lady and the guy at the restaurant until the reception. Rooms are clean and have everything you need for your spa relaxation. Spa is not big but it has Turkish bath, sauna and a nice 37 degrees pool. There are other 3 pools outside: one bigger cold, 2 warm, one with jacuzzi top top! Location in the hearth of the greenish mountains of the Balkan. Thanks again, will be back

This place is incredible.

Nice view. The staff are very polite. The pools are warm! Most satisfied with the restaurant. The food is fresh, and they have large portions. Definitely here has the best warm chocolate drink.
The room that I stayed in was Ok, could be designed in a better way. That doesn't stop me from coming back. I would suggest anyone who wants to rest and get rid of stress to come here.

Simply the best place for SPA relaxation and family vacation! Cozy boutique stile hotel with only 12 rooms. Even when it's full it's not crowded. Never more than 5-6 people in the same pool, since there are four. Very clean, very quiet, even if there is some special occasion (party). Very well managed, the stuff is expieirenced, polite, very friendly. Beds are very comfortable 😊 Totally recomende it for families with toddlers, even babies - like I said, very clean we have never had health issues with the kids. I visited it since 2017 every weekend I can I have never been disappointed! The menu in the restaurant is short, but the food is fresh and there's lunch menu witch is great for the kids 😁

A small family-type hotel with outside and an inside pools. Great service, makes you feel at home. A place where you can relax and rest, 1h drive from Sofia.

Very friendly staff and good quisine. The small outside pool is very warm, we went there in the winter and it was all right to stay in the water although that it was snowing. They let us use the oitside pool all night. We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. There is also a small inside pool, a sauna and a steam bath.

One of the best SPA hotels that you can visit - the service is great, the food is nice and all the facilities are well maintained. I highly recommend the hotel for quality family and friends time.

Great place for relax. The open pools are excellent when its sunny. The staff is friendly. The rooms were nice and clean.

Not sure why this hotel is 3 stars, it definitely deserve 4 or 5, extremely clean, food is always fresh and very delicious, staff is very welcome and polite, highly recommend.

The capacity is for a few people, good food, rooms are clean, perfect to escape the big city and relax!
