One of the most convenient technics shop

I went half an hour before closing (20h30) and still was attended well and quick. There were a few clients only, but several employees available. One of them was helpful advising and confirming data about the product and in 15 minutes I was out. Quick and efficient.

The number of people asking me if I want to buy something on a leasing/credit has decreased significantly which is good. Makes of a better shopping experience.

Good appliances store with own parking space.

Relatively good location.

You can find almost any appliance within the store, but be careful as they tend to offer the last item (if they have none left in the warehouse) and that item is usually being displayed on the shelves for a while. Most of the times witch scratches and other visible usage marks, but the price is still as for a new one.

I was looking for a Smart TV to buy and the employee was very helpful. He answered my questions and also assisted with finding and HDMI cable. There was some defect in the Smart TV after I took it back home, though. On the next day I went back to the store and they exchanged it with a new one. The second employee was also very helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with my experience at this Technopolis.

Very polite staff, we needed to return something and they issued a refund right away and it was Christmas eve! This is something that is not common especially in Bulgaria. Everyone was very nice and polite and I wouldn't go to any other location but the one in Mladost, Sofia.

The best place for electronics shopping

Spacious shop, vast range of products, competent staff and a big parking lot which is always good. It is kinda far from the center and traffic can be annoying, so choose carefully when you go there.

Excellent service. Kind people. I bought many techs from there and had no problem with them. Once they changed one of my purchase because I didn't measure it and it was unusable for me.

Great and if you make it in a week day there is no one there so it's very fast. Be aware though before big holidays, Bulgarians are all about technology and there are very long lines at the check out.

Stellar service. Bought an mp3 player here that didn't work out of the box. I also lost the invoice. The staff made me a new one as I had my bank statement. All was resolved swiftly
