Hotel Complex Sharenite kashti

We rented the whole complex for 3 days. The service was great, there was everything, even coffee in the coffee machines. The place is better than shown in the pictures. Very clean, perfect for team buildings and if you want to have a party without worrying about the noise. The sauna, jakuzi and pools were very warm (32 degrees). We paid extra for the heating of the pools and for the sauna, so it is not true that they are off limits as others wrote here. The host was great and absolutely polite. When we had doubts he came to the house within 10 minutes. There were towels on every bed and i think it was perfect.
The view was extraordinary.

Booked as 16 people and several kids. Place was great for us, we booked also the jakuzi and sauna and found it super relaxing.

The kids had a great time and we stayed till late having fun.

Landlord is very friendly and helpful, did not bother us at all.

The vacation home that I stayed in was absolutely beautiful! Not only was it spacious and comfortable, love the pool, beautiful scenery and lots of places to go that were all within reasonable commute. I will definitely be booking this vacation home again with my family! The house was clean, had unlimited amenities and the atmosphere was simply impeccable! This place was exactly how pictured…

I have visited both during summer and winter - it was always a great experience. The host really made an effort to ensure our best comfort. The view is amazing!! Can't wait to go there again this summer for those memorable summer nights with friends in front of the barbecue!

The house was very comfortable with amazing views, very clean pool, and huge yard. The host was very responsive to our needs, and made sure we had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. The location is amazing as well. We loved our time here and will definitely stay again!!!

Great place if you are looking to spend a few nights near Yablanitza. It is 20 minutes away from the main POIs in the area and the house itself has everything you may need. The host is also very understanding and friendly.

A really, really great place! A big yard for children and dogs to run around; a hot tub and sauna - a lot of fun. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, the coffee machine is better than ours at home. Can't wait to come back, it's now one of my favourite places!

Amazing place to stay with a large group of people! A lot of space and stuff for kids, and the host is really friendly. He is in this business for a long time and takes a good care about his property! Totally recommend!:)

This was the best place I’ve been in a while. The location is beautiful and there is no place better to relax. Firstly, the pool is clean, secondly the manager did everything to make our stay there the best we had for years. I recommend it to both families and student going on a well deserved break from university.

Great place for quiet and chill holiday. Perfect for big groups and families with kids. Our friends group had a blast and spent great and chill time in the nature far way from the hectic city.

Party place

Страхотно място за големи компании с деца и домашни любимци. Има отделено помещение за събирания, в което може да се шуми на воля без да се пречи на желанието за почивка на други от гостите. Кухнята е добре оборудвана, а къщите със спалните разполагат с предостатъчно санитарни възли към тях. Сауната и парната баня са страхотни, а гледката от тях е уникална ! Бих препоръчал на всеки, който търси подобен тип почивка.

Шарените къщи са едно прекрасно место на 1час път от София,бяхме наели единият двор за 16човека,в къщите има всичко необходимо за нормално пребиваване,къщите не са луксозно обзаведени но всичко е доста подредено, прилично и уюутно!
Благодарим за гостоприемството на домакина,скоро отново ще направим фирмено парти!

Прекарахме 2 нощувки в комплекс "Шарените къщи", където всичко от момента на посрещане до изпращането беше безупречно. Домакинът ни разведе из комплекса и обърна внимание на всички подробности, за да имаме приятен престой. Беше ни съдействано и за кетъринг от местния ресторант, но имаше и перфектни условия за барбекю, което сами да си направим. В стаите беше топло и уютно. Накрая, но не на последно място се възползвахме от супер готините джакузи и сауна на дърва.
На час път от София, определено ще посетим мястото отново. :)

Прекрасно место за големи и шумни компании,в къщите има всичко необходимо за самостоятелно приготвяне на храна,възхитени сме от сауната и джакузито а гледката която се открива от тях е невероятна,лятото сме отново при вас!
