Anita Houses & Relax

We had a birthday party there with friends and it was perfect. The house is amazing. It is not that luxurious but it is so cosy and it really feels like home. The kitchen provides almost everything you'd need.
The garden is great! We are sorry that the weather was not good. Otherwise, we'd have spent a lot of time outside.

We are definitely coming back next year!

Anita is the most amazing person! She is just so kind and absolutely lovely! The rooms are great, very clean , big and well equipped. The breakfast is simple but very very good and tasty ! Anita doesn't speak English but it is very esay to communicate with her through Google translate. The price is absolutely ridiculous to compare with the amazing stay in the Anita Complex ! Definitely coming back here! ❤

Place is very calm suited in little town close to Plovdiv. Nature is very beautiful and there are several interesting mounting routes and historical places around Perushtica to be visited. House cointains 8 rooms with common kitchen and SPA area at the ground floor. There is a restaurant into the garden and a few markets suited very close to the house. People from the hotel are very kind and responsive. They provided us grill for a barbecue. Great place for relaxation!

We had a great time! Lovely and cozy guest house, surrouded by beautiful nature. Friendly and available staff. There are many interesting sights around to see. If you need to escape the big city and have a relaxing weekend, I recommend this complex.

Отлични условия. Чудесно озеленен двор с обособени места за отдих. Осигурени паркоместа. Вилите разполагат с всичко необходимо за едно приятно събиране с приятели и отпразнуване на различни събития.

Чудесно място за отдих и почивка. Често ми се налага да отсядам там и винаги се чувствам чудесно. Чисто, светло, приятно. Любезен персонал и вежливи. Басейна им е чудесен, както и къщите в началото на града. Горещо препоръчвам и ще продължаваме да го посещаваме.

Изключително чисто, уютно и приятно местенце, което избрахме съвсем случайно. Много любезен и учтив персонал, който ни съдействаше да организираме нашата среща с приятели от ученическите ни години до последният детайл, за което им благодарим. В къщата има много приятен кът с дивани за разговори и питие, а красивата природа, сауната и джакузито допълниха почивката ни.

Много уютно и приятно местенце. Изненадани сме от любезното отношение на хората, които ни посрещнаха. Изключително чисто, храната вкусна и евтина. В общите части на къщата има много приятен кът с дивани пред камина с телевизор. Интернет има навсякъде, а сауната и джакузито допълниха почивката ни. С удоволствие ще ви препоръчаме на приятели!

Тихо и спокойно място. На две минути от центъра на града. Стята беше чиста и достатъчно удобна. Домакините бяха любезни и приятни..

Мястото е много подходящо за събиране на големи групи. Съдействаха ни за осигуряването на кетъринг и храната също беше много вкусна.

Tolles Spa Hotel im Herzen der Weinbauregion. Das neue Spa Hotel liegt ruhig gelegen und sehr zentral in Perushtiza. Allein im Ort kann man zwei Kellereien und neuerdings auch zum Ausgleich eine Craftbeer Brauerei besuchen. Die Zimmer sind hell, modern und großzügig ausgestattet. Die Sauna ist für das Hotel riesig und der Whirlpool immer wohltemperiert.
