Quiet place, in the forest area, a lot of birds are singing in the morning. Good accommodation for people who search for a non crowded areas. The entire property is surrounded by trees. The host, Mr. Todor, and his wife are very kind people. I will definitely return to this place for atmosphere. From my point of view, the beach near Villa Exotica is not usable, you should go to Albena. My wife named the place "some kind of premium low cost accommodation". You have all you need to prepare your breakfast or even a dinner.

Ok, zona mișto (deal, pădure și mare), vila liniștită, loc de parcare în interior sau în față. Plajâ cu nisip neamenajată (se poate veni cu cu rulota), dar trebuie putina conditie fizica pana la ea, multe scari de coborât / urcat, distanta de aproximativ 800m din fata vilei pana la plaja. Camerele ok, curate, bucătărie cu chicineta amenajata (cafetiera, vase, frigider, reșou electric vitroceramic), raport calitate preț f bun (am dat 638 lei, adică vreo 250 leva pt 5 nopți), gazde f bune...

Nevěřila jsem tomu, že se můžu ubytovat za takhle nízkou cenu, na takovéto úrovni. Klidné prostředí v přírodě, ideální pro rodiny s dětmi, písečná pláž. Milí hostitelé.
