Wonderful place, the owners are very kind, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the yard is unique and wonderful, the food is very delicious. Great location with many natural and historical attractions around. I recommend it and will visit again.

This guesthouse is a real gem and the live of the owners to it is visible in evrey detail. super comfy rooms and beds and pillow and yummy restaurant inside...heartwarming how the owners integrated old bulgarian tools and objects to render the place even more authentic and at the same time cozy! I like this place a lot. It's quiet, clean and the owners are very cordial! There is an eco-trail that leads to some abandoned houses carved in stones and caves used by the "Bogomils " in the past. There is also wine tasting and the food is fresh.

Little guest house in the middle of a really cute village! The hosts are really nice people. The place is incredibly well decorated - they took care of every little details!! The food was amazing as well. The breakfast was composed of few things but good ones!

My wife and I stayed here as part of a group for 4 nights. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would: This place is magical and the service we received exceptional... the owner’s name is Teodor and he was very kind and hospitable. He had other staff but did a lot of everything. This place also had a tavern which served traditional Bulgarian Food. The food was delicious, fresh and the service one of a kind. The owner has done a great job in striking a balance between preserving the history and charm of the property and providing all modern amenities. The property is immaculate, peaceful and quite. This is an ideal getaway for somebody looking to get away from the hectic city life. Osmar is known for its Pelin, which is a derivative of wine but not wine.. I highly recommend you try it and ask the owner to explain its history.. The locals are friendly and kind and there is plenty to do and see nearby. The first two Bulgarian capitals, Pliska and Preslav are short drive away. You also have Shumen, the biggest city nearby a short 20 min drive away. You can see the famous Madara horseman, the old Shumen fortress and Shumen monument. There are also a few hikes you can do the village that take you to some old churches located on top of the mountain. You can ask the owner anything and he would be more than glad to explain.

As we walked into the closed compound through the old wooden gate, we were taken by the beautiful garden with fruit trees and vines full of ripe grapes. The garden is surrounded by the old farm buildings that where beautifuly restored into hotel suites, useing old wooden accessories from the old farm. The owner, Teodor, is very welcoming and happy to share the process of tunning the old farm into a beautiful hotel. We had olso enjoyed a very good supper of traditional bulgarian food. We would certainly recommend comming here.

Lovely place surrounded by nature. Very calm, peaceful. It's great for a rest from dynamic life.
