All Seasons Residence Hotel

Very accommodating staff! Me and my friends got lost in the mountains and we were only able to get out late at night. The internet was not working, we walked around hoping to find a place where we could get warm. Lucky for us we saw this hotel, the staff offered us a seat and we sipped delicious tea in the warmth, connected to the internet and hailed ourselves a cab. Thank you so much!!!

An excellent hotel in a quiet place, with its own parking lot. The food is excellent and for everyone's taste, the staff is at the highest level of friendliness.

A safe, clean, more than comfy, quiet place to sleep and relax after a long road! 👍🏻 (the road from the highway to the hotel was a little strange in the night, but in the day light you realise it s just a quiet neighbourhood).

This is an extraordinary establishment. Very well done and very well run. The rooms are good, the bathrooms are excellent and almost everything else above expectations. What makes this hotel extra special is the people who work here. The staff here go above and beyond, Andrey and Petya who I interacted with most at the front desk did for sure. And the location is absolutely perfect for a get away in the hills. Short walk to hikes and church.

This place gives you positive vibes and a calm mood. It feels more private than a grand hotel and the restaurant terrace is just wonderful with it's diffuse light coming all over you during the day. The mountain is waiting for you outside your window and you breath a crystal clear air. It was really peaceful during our stay.

This is one the best hotels that i have been in my life. It is a really 5 star hotel, everything is perfectly designed. The rooms are in perfect condition, very well designed with high quality materials and high quality colors. The bathroom is also made with perfect materials.
The location of the hotel is near a mountain, very close to city centre so you can breath fresh air and you can reach city center in 10 minutes. Definitely i will come back again in this hotel whenever i visit Sofia.

Well furnished, good service, tasty kitchen. The place definitely deserves it's five stars as a restaurant (I do not know the hotel). It is a bit difficult to find it if you never have been there, despite the fact it is just opposite the famous Boyana Chan.

The reataurant is sumply amazing. One of the best duck livers I have ever had in my life, served in a very professional manner. The staff is very friendly and polite. The garden is beautiful. Desert was awesome. Would come again for sure!

The personal is very polite and acts professionally. My kid even got a toy present.
The food is delicious and the desert Chocolate brownie is unique.

Comfortable room And nice staff. Perfect if you go to Sofía by car,easy park over there. We had breakfast, complete with very options: fresh fruits, sweets, nuts, home-made omelettes...

Great service in the restaurant. Recommended for family events and celebrations, as well as business dinners. Outdoor area is very beautiful and cosy. Location is very close to Boyana church.

Very nice and cozy hotel far from the noisy center. if you look for a calm place and fresh air that's the perfect place.
