Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool.
Staff is polite.
Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

Great rooms and a very nice spa.
Breakfast is also very good.
The view outside is extra ordinary.
If you are into Golf, the club is across the street.
We fully recommend it and would love to come back!

We were accommodated in a super spacious apartment of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balcony, in a luxury complex, which is 10 minutes from the city, in a quiet and very beautiful area, near the mountains. 🔝😍👪

We were most impressed by the restaurant, which was decorated extremely nicely, with many warm lights, fireplace, relaxation area, and even a library, having an intimate air of home. 🏠✨🇧🇬 We really enjoyed our stay there and can't wait to be back again. We definitely recommend this amazing place to anyone who is looking for a memorable experience in Bansko❤💎
This is one of the top hotels in Bulgaria that made us feel really comfortable and cozy.

We spent here the most beautiful end of year 2023. The weather was perfect, the SPA services were great, the rooms were modern and spacious, the atmosphere from the restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious too.👌💯

Very nice place to stay. I had a nice weekend in June with our 5-person family. SPA, it's nice and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing evening. SPA capacity, from my calculation, no more than 20-25 persons. Our place had 2 rooms and a kitchen with a sofa. For sure, I will come back here once again.

Fantastic hotel with marvelous breakfast and decent SPA amenities. The pricing is just right and the surrounding nature + the air + the quality od the food is just wonderful. The staff is great too and we can heartily recommend a stay here!

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms, cleanliness, beautiful interior design. Very friendly and polite staff. The spa zone is too small, but it would do if you're coming with kids. Good price to quality ratio. We especially liked the possibility to decide on whether you want to go with the buffet option on the go, without pre-pay.

Clean with good price. We have the two room apartment which was comfortable, wide and very suitable for big families. The breakfast was good and the swimming pool was warm.

What an incredible place! We had so fun, and such a great time. The hotel has a wonderful modern/rustic feel to it, which we felt in love with from the beginning. The laisure area, which is brand new, was one of the places where we spend a lot of time at, as it felt super cozy, and it gives you a beautiful view of the mountain. The hotel itself offers its guests an amazing spa atmosphere, where people can profit of during the hours of the day. From sauna to steambath, to hot tub and big pool which is filled with hot spring water. The rooms have everything you require for your time there. They are also very warm, and pretty spacious. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment where we had a kitchenette with a mini fridge, hobs, electric kettle, TV in both bedrooms and bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel is also kids friendly as it has a wonderful play area outside, with a trampoline, slide, swings and a sandbox which my four year old daughter adored. It also has a table tennis, volleyball net and a football/soccer nets. Dogs are allowed, but you have to pay extra which is understandable. I don't remember the sum but if you are interested you can always call and ask the receptionist. They are very nice and helpful. The menu at the restaurant is small, but sufficient. The owners are very warm and friendly. They made us feel very welcome, which was great. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this place. Would love to back as soon as possible. Just a note: as I was working during my stay, the internet wasn't strong everywhere. Keep this in mind. Nevertheless, my Hotspot worked perfectly even from the spa. There's also a great fish restaurant 2km from the hotel which I suggest you check out. It's pretty good!

Very cosy and nice place. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food at the restaurants was great and the prices are below average for the Bansko region. The spa is a bit small but its ok if its not your number 1 priority. Great place I recommended to everybody.

Very nice hotel, good staff, good food. Nice rooms. Good for shorter and longer stay. I'm coming back definitely.

Place is very warn and welcoming. Food is great and we like the new extension of the lobby very much. Special area outside is designed so green and it is sunny. Kids can play for hours.

About 7-10 minutes from Bansko village....we have excellent mountain view... Very clean rooms and special breakfast....

Very nice and cosy place to stay. Service is very good and so is the food. Water in the pool is warm and mineral. Ventilation in this area is a bit poor. It corresponds 100% to its name "boutique" and "family" - different from other mass offers, which makes it unique. One of my top discoveries this summer. Ideal for families with kids.

My best place if i need a rest or selebrate something in a cosy atmosphere. The staff will take care for your best stay.

It’s a perfect place to relax.Nice view on both sides.Staff members are very nice and they focus on your requirements also at the pool and at the restaurant.Fair prices .Near to mountain routes.The room was a studio and it’s perfect for a family with four members.

This is lovely hotel. Me and my brother, mum and dad stayed there for 7 days. Food is great, beds are comfortable and we loved it. Pool and SPA are nice too.

Sauna and rooms were great. The food could have been better, but overall a very nice place to stay. I recommand and will consider the hotel if or when I will be back in Bansko.
