White Rock Castle Suite Hotel & Spa

Very pleased with our stay here during our wedding! Especially when they opened up the spa for just the two of us on the morning of our wedding. It was a very kind gesture! The staff is incredibly sweet. They also brought us champagne in the bridal room when we were getting ready. The place is very close to Balchik palace. The location is very safe and there were no loud noises from outside to disturb us.

Great location, very close to the Balchik gardens and castle:
1. Good service, very friendly and helpfull staff;
2. Rich and tasty breakfast;
3. The room was new and very clean.

Cons:
The room with seaview, although is located at 3rd floor didn't offer that amazing view I was expecting: you only see the sea somewhere, very far.

We had a great time in this beautiful hotel! The location is pretty good, just over the north entrance of the botanical garden / the castle. The rooms are great and very clean. Staff is kind and easy to talk to, ready to give information about the tourist attractions around. And last but not least, the breakfast is awesome!!! Great variety of options and great quality!

This hotel is great! It’s clean. The staff is extremely friendly!! We really felt so welcome. The view is great. The building is well maintained. And it’s very close to the botanical gardens! We had a suite. With 3 persons. The beds, bed stuff and sofa were great. The bathroom and balcony are good too. The kitchenette is good enough. Would be nice to have a little more kitchen tools in it. But if you go out for dinner you don’t miss anything in it.

Very nice & spacious rooms & balconies. Main bathroom is also generous in size, as well as very clean. Double rooms and studios also have a secondary, small restroom.
The rooms with a sea view also face the main street, which could be noisy if you keep the terrace door open. 2 minutes walk to the Castle and Botanical Garden, 7 minutes pleasant walk to the city center .

Reception staff were polite and helpful. The hotel has a small underground parking, and there is also a free parking behind the hotel, but you have to walk 5 minutes to get to it as it is on a different street.

All in all, we had a very good time there.

Very nice hotel with very kind staff. Extensive and delicious breakfast. Even at night the staff has unlocked the gym only for us. A very nice gym with a lot of professional equipment. Nice and spacious rooms. Every day was cleaned. Everything great. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel White Rock Castle. We have already booked for July 2019 again.

Amazing hotel at that price. We celebrated my wife birthday and everything was at top quality from wine, food (OMG, amazing taste and flavour). The staf ordered a birthday cake and give us a Champagne for free. The SPA was very relaxing, the room was big and with sea view, with two balconies. Well done White Rock Castle Hotel. See you again ASAP.

The five stars are for the very helpful and friendly staff, one receptionist literally went out of her way to help with with an issue with the local authorities (language barrier etc).
The hotel itself it fairly mediocre but located close to the attractions that are available.
At the present the restaurant isn’t available which no one mentions until you get there, but obviously due to the COVID -19 situation.
In all honesty I’d stay there again but it may not be for some time (until the world returns back to normality)

My name is Tereza Toshkina and I was in WRC for two nights - 4th & 5th September 2015.
At first sight the place looked great , but THAT WAS AN ILUSION.
Awful food, room service fair, hygiene fair - in our bathroom was a pool of mud and the nextdoor's suite with its broken pipe system caused us (I was with my husband) go through terrible noise during the second afternoon for 3 hours, as the plumber was trying to fix the problem.Finally, the receptionist told us she could do just nothing.
Last but not least, because our car was in the carpark of the hotel which is under the swimming pool, when leaving there was a huge stain of water mixed with cement on the car bonnet!!!
Think before you go there!!!!!!!

Very very friendly staff, nice spa, nice rooms, clean and very good pricing.
Really enjoyed the spa, and the location in a clean interesting hotel, too bad the pool wasn't already open but had a really really good price.
Will come back again.

Amazing stay, clean and good service by all the staff!! Great facilities and spa where you can relax!! Easy access to Balchik and to the shore of the sea where you can enjoy the views!! Definitely coming back!

A very nice hotel which has a spa and gym, and is a short walk into Balchik town. I have not dined there, but the food aroma is great.

The loveliest place right next to Botanical garden where the palace of Queen is. Relaxing atmosphere, good food & super SPA treatments.
