Guest House Albena

We spent a couple of days in Guest House Albena. This is a wonderful place for a peaceful vacation. The house is stylishly decorated by the owner with great attention to the smallest detail. Guest House Albena is only for true connoisseurs. We will be happy to spend another holiday there with Albena and her friendly dog!

It is a truly lovely place that Albena has built by herself here. Being an accomplished artist, her eye for beauty has created a wonderful serene environment for whom is looking for tranquility and relaxation.
Her gardens are wonderful and the rooms are decorated like you would find in the cosiest Mediterranean homes, although is a few minutes from the Bulgarian-Romanian border, in a tiny village of houses hidden among the vegetation.
It is a space to enjoy, body and soul.
One must be a nature lover to be relaxed among the bees and butterflies of the abundant and colorful flowers and to be woken up by the happy birds chirping around.
Also, must be loving animals, because Albena's cat and dog are very friendly and make great play & relaxing companions when at home.
Albena's garden provides healthy herbs for a wonderfully fresh home made lemonade.
And Albena herself is a full of life host, with lots of stories to share from a lifetime of world wide adventures.
The restaurant (Golden Fish is the one we chose to come back to, almost everyday for it's wonderful garden on the sweet water lake, not 5 minutes from Albena's).
The Krapets beach is at 12 minutes away by car and the local one is only 6 minutes away. They are simple and wild with vegetation around, being in a natural protected area. The beach is long and wide, the water - warm, blue-turquoise and with playful waves on windy days. All that makes for the very simple joy of being in nature.
Very close by car, the spectacular cliffs of Tyulenovo provide for a beautiful perspective and so on to Balcic, Varna and more as far as one would like to explore.
Coming back, we had a wonderful time here, enjoying the cool room and the private garden in the hot day, as well as the morning coffee and the evening chat in Albena's garden, sharing good wine and awesome stories.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Enjoy 💕

This is a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
You will get 1st class service at this delightful guest house. Spotlessly clean, in a very quiet and peaceful location. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. The owner Albena ❤🧡💛💚💙is with a gentle character of hospitality. This may have been the first time we stayed here, it certainly won't be the last!

A cosy house where every guest will feel special. Each room is modern furnished with a lot of style. There is also very beautiful garden. The owner Albena is amazing, friendly and helpful. She offers very delicious breakfast, using local and high quality ingredients. Highly recommend to everyone to visit Albena guest house.

If you enjoy a quiet place to rest in a traditional house, that was renovated and redesigned by an artist, you found the right place.

Fantastische locatie voor een overnachting gedurende mijn fietsvakantie. Supermarkt en restaurant op fietsafstand Sfeervolle en authentieke inrichting. Jammer dat ik er maar één nacht verbleef. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Spreekt Engels en Duits. Aanrader!

Das Quartier ist extrem sauber und gepflegt. Wunderschön auch der Garten. Wir haben von Albena auch viele wertvolle Tipps für unsere weitere Reise bekommen. Einfach ein toller Ort zum Wohlfühlen 😊

Място с изключително уютна и приятна атмосфера. Стаята беше изпълнена с уникални детайли и изкуство, което придаваше неповторим характер. Беше чисто, спретнато, матрака беше много удобен, гостоприемството беше също на високо ниво. Препоръчвам! :)
