Be aware when you are doing online shopping cause, like me, you can get caught in the trap of Mr. Lafchiyski.
The mentioned one has various issues with measurements, sizes, and quality of his company produced goods - as, an online business customer, I've had several requirements for a specific size (been charged for the this extra size) but unfortunately the all arrived products (produced in his factory) mattress, duvet, pillows, a full bedroom set, have nothing to do with it.
I am a business buyer (I can't apply for customer control) and dont have the consumer rights.
The only way to have justice satisfaction and to have the right size for the mentioned up goods is to have a court.
That is what Mr. Lafchiyski, as a manager of Platex.bg, has used to cancel my request for returning the products.
His marketing trick has sole purpose, to lie, but make it look like truth.
He doesn't care even one iota about the customer and his/her rights.
Once again, be aware of him.
