Rooms are stunning and the design is very elegant with outdoor shower.
Great restaurant, pool, sauna, jacuzzi facilities.
Free shuttle service that takes you into town and back.
There is a great friendly bartender by the name of Luís, pay him a visit and watch him make your 🍹.

Stayed here for several days on the all inclusive package - would highly recommend. The food was plentiful, well prepared and served with a smile. Our guide, Sebastian, was enthusiastic, knowledgable and a very good driver. The room was bright and cheery with an outdoor shower as an added bonus. Housekeeping was excellent.

I stayed at this wonderfully quiet hotel for 4 nights in early April. The staff are wonderful and will go above and beyond for their guests (including returning a lost item weeks later!). The tour offerings were really good and they had amazing guides.
Their dining selections were limited and you can get bored of the food quite quickly, which is why I recommend going to the town for more food options.

Lovely hotel, quiet venue for dinner but can go into town on shuttle if you prefer. We ate in bar. Sitting area outside bedroom to take in the sun. Spa available, pool, can hire bikes, souvenir shop. Great breakfast.

All of the staff were so so so nice from the restaurant manager to the waiters like Felix and all the girls and the reception like alexandai. We loved our stay here

We didn’t expect such a wonderful hotel before we stayed there.
The room was huge, comfortable, and warm without air conditioner even outside was 5 degrees.
There was also outside shower under the stars.
One more good points was their restaurant.
They don’t have a lot of options but all foods we ate at breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent qualities.
And about transportation for San Pedro de Atacama downtown, whenever you want to go, you can ask them to take you by shuttle from 13:00.
And when you want to back to the hotel, you send message to the hotel by WhatsApp and then they will pick you up in 10minutes.
It was literally the hotel in desert.

If you want to sleep well, eat well and go to the best locations of Atacama, this is the place to go. The hotel offers full service and excellent quality. Highly recommend

In my opinion a well-deserved 5 star review. I was a bit surprised by some of the „hater comments“ here on Google and would like to counter argue. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in a superior double room.

First of all, the hotel area is very spacious. Its architecture fits very well into the desert and is absolutely authentic. The room was very pretty, clean, spacious and everything worked perfectly.

The only thing I would critisize is that there is no Wifi in the room. For us it was not really a problem though since we spent most of the days out in the desert anyway (we didn’t book activities with the hotel).

The staff is so caring, very friendly, talking to the guests, making extra efforts (e.g. opening the mini-gym 2hrs earlier than regular) and seem in general to really enjoy their job.

The breakfast is probably the thing I enjoyed most.
Lavish options. Fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, sandwiches, muesli, pastries, etc.

We always had dinner in town (drove there with our rental car which you can park close to the main street) so I cannot comment on the restaurant.

The hotel is of course more expensive because it is an upper-class hotel. However, compared to other such hotels, the price is absolutely justifiable.

Ideal solution to visit San Pedro enjoy the peace of the desert, offers a shuttle service at your disposal!
The rooms are huge, warm and welcoming, the stone bathrooms with 2 showers, one inside and one outside.
Nice pool, great spa with great treatments!
Rich breakfast. For Dinner possibility to choose the second between meat and fish directly on the grill!
Friendly and very prepared staff!

There is a center for excursions, you can rent bicycles and also have an observatory .... admire them from here is pure magic !

My wife and I have been on a 3 week honeymoon trip through Chile. Our stay at HCSP has been satisfactory. We were provided a complementary welcome bottle of champagne and snacks and have received great care by the manager of the hotel, Edson Gonzales. During covid there is a natural lack of resources and staffing in the tourism industry, but Edson has done an exemplary job making our stay in San Pedro comfortable, fun, and unique. The property is expansive and natural, but we mostly give the HCSP five stars for the person in charge of the operations. Great service!!!

Very stylish hotel, they are a bit mean with the bottled water and coffee for the room. Meals very good, disaster at breakfast when coffee machine broke down. Massages excellent, dare you try the Balinese?

Expensive but very good hotel. Nice rooms made of stone and wood, terrace, outside showering possible, friendly stuff, English speaking. Very quiet, near to San Pedro, clean, big area, good breakfast and restaurant. Laundry service is fast, parking for free

One of the best hotel experiences at San Pedro de Atacama. They offer transfers to pueblo with a 40 min timeframe, communication works with WhatsApp. Rooms are really nice, they have an awesome SPA and a very good breakfast
