Good department store. Watch lady helpful. Excellent cheap canteen style restaurant on 1st floor. Drinks and cakes on the right and on left behind screen take a tray and choose savoury meals such as salads mashed potatoes meat stews, ham and eggs,soup and bread. Very reasonable, where local people eat.

If you wanna feel the luxuries Soviet epoch store, it is a best place to visit. You can find everything there.
Also on the second floor there is a buffet little hidden, but definitely worth visiting value/money is awesome there!

A old russian market but whit recente product ( elettronica , house , food ecc), need to visited absolutely for smell a bit of older "perestroika " , enjoy !

And excellent department store that carries virtually anything you might need. And the prices are pretty low, too. Very Soviet, which I thought was very cool.
