Printer ink I need is always in stock, I can usually find the stationary and office supplies I need. Staff are usually helpful. Sometimes there are good deals on tablets or laptops.

Love this store. Well organized, clean and great merchandise! Excellent management and excellent people who always help customers to find out the best. I strongly recommend this store to shop.

I visited this staples location for clicking passport photos of our newborn. It was done so quickly and done so well. The lady was really kind and helpful. It was a great experience. Staff overall is friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of customizable accessories here which are great for business promotions.

I have been in the retail business for over 40 years and have operated in seven different provinces and territories. What I experienced this morning at the Airdrie location was a breath of fresh air. I watched an individual by the name of Madison interact with a customer for a good 15 minutes. She demonstrated exemplary customer service skills as well as process and product knowledge. Incidentally she was extremely fast on her feet. When she approached me I couldn't help but notice she was actually happy to help. You can sense the sincerity in her voice and eyes. Very impressed with her. She helped me find a solution to my problem and did with empathy and grace. She is the epitome of a great employee. Look after her. Sincerely Derrick Ash

I called Staples in Airdrie to get assistance in printing off some labels. The girl was amazing!! When I got down to the store she helped me further. I was truly impressed!!! Keep up the good work everyone!!!

Chantelle went above and beyond having exceptional customer service for me yesterday evening. I made an error with my prints and she happily helped me without extra worry. I left very happy with exactly what I had originally needed and I will happily return for further excellent customer service. There was this one amazing employee in the tech department of this Staples. Wyatt Fyten helped me out with my printer needs, and was very knowledgeable about his job. I would be hard pressed to find a better employee in the whole of Alberta better than Wyatt Fyten. My experience at this Staples was one of a kind, and I will be eternally grateful for this bright young man.

Wow, I have been in a lot of Staples but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Sheena was so great in helping me pick the right computer for my purposes: she took over an hour with me and didn't push me to make any choices right away. My phone died as we were searching up information and she charged it for me!
I came back later that day with a few more questions and was helped by Dan who also took over an hour to set all the systems up properly for me. He answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was asking a silly question. They were both so helpful and welcoming. I was having the worst day as my computer died, my phone wasn't working and I had a tired 10month old , and they made my day. I left feeling like I had made the right choice, and I felt so happy about the second opinions they both gave. Thanks so much for making a gloomy day better !! Great job guys !

I bought a new computer and was completely satisfied with the service I received from Staples! They were professional and very fast on completing the job. They transferred my info from the old computer to the new one in record time since I use it for my business! I would recommend this store to everyone who wants great, courteous and expert service!

Jordan let us know about our old computer wasn't really worth fixing but we had a good part to take out and would fit into most newer computers to make our computer faster. He helped us with picking out our new computer, printer and accessories. He was able to save some of our information off our old computer to. He also was extremely professional at staples and in our home. He took time to explain everything from a little history to useing our new devices. He was able to set up my hubbies work network too. Very grateful that we had someone so knowledgeable and professional.Thank you!
