Fantastic customer service from Tracey Perkins. When we first talked to Tracey we were trying to decide between a few vehicles. She gave us all the information we wanted on these vehicles. After deciding on what we wanted we found a vehicle that we were interested in, Tracey went and found the exact same vehicle but with lower mileage. From start to finish Tracey made everything easy. She got us in right away for financing and then delivery was a few days later. She showed us all the new gadgets that was in the vehicle that we weren’t used to in our previous vehicle. We will definitely be using Tracey the next time we need a vehicle. We have no problems referring our friends to Tracey, which we will be doing. (I was in an accident and my car was written off, so timing was critical)

I went into Cam Clark Airdrie with the goal of buying two vehicles. The sales representative that was available to help me was Dave Christensen. Since I have never bought a vehicle of this caliber before, I wanted to make sure I took my time and asked every question so I felt confident in my final decision.
I couldn't have hand picked a better salesman. Dave didn't try to sell me the most expensive of my choices, he didn't rush me through the questions or the process of viewing and test driving the vehicle- in fact, to my surprise, he did the opposite- he encouraged me to take my time, he pointed out pros and cons for each vehicle. He listened to what my vehicle needs were, and then, in hearing me talk about my life, also was able to point of features that would be of benefit that I hadn't considered. I truly feel like Dave had my best interests in mind during the purchasing process. I will send every person I know who is looking for a vehicle to Dave Christensen because, although it's his job to make sales, never once did I feel like dollar signs walking around his lot.
Following the purchase of my truck, I drove off the lot never expecting to chat with him again- until I had three of four questions about my new vehicle. He was and continues to be fabulous at answering all my questions, and above that, he will reach out from time to time with bits of information he thinks might be useful for me knowing about my new truck, or simply to check in to make sure I'm figuring out all the bells and whistles. As we are now looking to finance a vehicle for my young daughter, he has gone into 'dad mode' finding the best prices, interest rates, loan terms and most reliable vehicle options for a university student who travels often. It's such a great feeling to know that my family is in good hands with Dave. We will be Dave Christensen customers for all our future vehicle purchases.... and as a big family, there WILL be more!

Steve Parsons at the used Ford dealership was awesome. I bought the truck from away, and he and his team there made accommodations for me to make sure I received it. Very good pricing and tossed on new rims and tires for me. The truck passed the BC inspection with no problems. Highly recommend

Used quicklane service and they lived up to the name. was out of there sooner than I expected, and no issues to report. The showroom has good wifi if you need to work while you wait as well.

Excellent service. We needed to replace a cylinder coil in our car after it was damaged on a road trip. Sean, the service manager stayed late after receiving a last minute call from their partnership dealership in Canmore and helped get us on the road back to Edmonton super quickly.

We're extremely grateful and appreciative of the above and beyond customer service at both locations, Canmore and Airdrie, especially considering we weren't even driving a Ford vehicle.

A family friend referred me to Kelly Kaufman and Steve Sirr - since she noted that Kelly was the used manager, we reached out to him and he was incredibly helpful in answer questions regarding to some of the used F150's that were coming up in Cam Clark's inventory.

Long story short, with the Jan/Feb sales on 2023 models, the gap between buying a 2021-2022 quality (low mileage/still under warranty) F150 and something brand new became small, and quite palatable and so we ended up pulling the trigger on the new 2023 option. Matt Armstrong was pivotal in helping us understand what pricing looked like on the New side of things - an email he sent us a few weeks back on one of the XLTs with the black appearance package actually planted the seed as it prompted me to look at a cheaper XLT with fewer bells and whistles.

Kristine Simmons was also a joy to work with! She was incredibly helpful in taking our deposit via credit card so we could get some points, and was super helpful as I noodled on all the different options - I felt like I walked away being able to make a thorough and well-educated decision! Her demeanor was also very positive and when her name popped up on my phone, she made it easy to pick it up as opposed to dreading having to answer it!

Matt Baillie was working the weekend we picked it up, so I had the pleasure of meeting him and again, super kind and helpful as we finalized all the paperwork for the transaction.

I had a chance to briefly meet Sean from your service team - he checked in on me while I was in the garage bay and again, felt nothing but well-taken care of from the entire staff, especially when he easily could have just walked on by without saying a quick hello.

Finally, Trent was the one to walk me through the basics of the truck before sending me on my way. Stellar gent to chat with and his crash course on all the gadgets was super helpful.

Cam Clark Ford was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Chad was straight forward, listened to our needs and found us an even better vehicle than what we went in to look at.
