Airdrie Place Apartments

Been living here a year, buildings kept super clean, staff very understanding and efficient. The management and maintenance staff at Airdrie place apartments are great.Haven't had any issues since I moved here. Love the peace and quiet of the place. Thank you to all the staff for all the amazing support and all the hard work that you do.

Had meant to write this sooner but I have been here now for just over 4 months after moving from BC, this has been my first time moving from my home province, which left me suitably nervous so I just wanted to add to the positive reviews. The assistance I received while moving from another province was fantastic, very responsive and incredibly helpful. Airdrie Place has a really great 'community' feel and the onsite personnel are amazing, as are the neighbors. It is a very safe neighborhood and the on-site management is impeccable. Thank you to everyone involved for making this transition so seamless.

Our 2 year stay was very good. The facility is well maintained, very clean and the staff were always very friendly, available, considerate and proud of their facility.

The management and maintenance staff at Airdrie place apartments are great. They are always quick to fix any issue. The outdoor space is very well maintained and the indoor space is very clean. When we moved in we dealt with Susan. She is the kindest, sweetest lady. She made the move for our little family very easy and stress free. We are very happy to be here and couldn't thank the staff enough for all that they do!

Wonderful surroundings, many great places for a walk or run.if you do have a concern, always dealt with immediately. Having building superintendents on hand in the same complex is a great idea. The best in Airdrie!!

We enjoyed living at Airdrie Place Apartments. Staff members were always great and easy to communicate with. Our parking garage was great. The location is awesome too as it has local restaurants and other services nearby. The paths near the apartment, especially Chinook Winds Park, is a close distance away and great for walking.

I've lived in these apartments for two years now and it's the best place to live in Airdrie.

The management/staff is friendly, VERY accommodating and up to date with matience and changes. When I needed a place to store my bike, they put a rack in my parking stall the next day. When I needed a sticker for my new car, they hand delivered it to my door. The staff goes over and above to make sure their tenants are always happy.

The apartments are cozy, comfortable and very quiet. I highly recommend living here!!

I have lived at Airdrie Place Appartments for 4 1/2 years now and feel very fortunate to be able to be a resident. I have nothing but positive things to say about Management and Staff and how well they look after their tenants.
The buildings and grounds are always very well maintained and renter security is a high priority. It has been my experience that if any issues arise, they are tended to quickly and efficiently by the competent and friendly staff.
I could not find a better place to live and look forward to hopefully calling Airdrie Place my home for many years to come.

I have lived for almost one year in a suite at Airdrie Place.

The suites are modernly appointed. With new fixtures, granite countertops, dark wood cabinets and vinyl flooring, it is extremely easy to decorate the place with your own style in mind. Safety is top of mind with the building being fully sprinklered and requiring key or fob access at all of the right places.

The common area spaces are always kept clean and well maintained, as are the outdoor areas which are impeccably manicured and have a variety of trees and flowers. Spending time in the courtyard area on a sunny day is always amazing - a unique plus to this building.

I appreciate all of the parking the buildings offer, with both a choice of underground and surface parking, with many spots available for visitors. The snow cleaning in the winter has been some of the best I have ever seen.

The management staff respond to any questions or concerns in a timely fashion. On the two occasions that I had a concern within the apartment, they arrived within the day. If they could not fix it, they did not hesitate to call in an expert who could - which was always appreciated. All of their staff is friendly and respectful. The communication about the various issues that impact the building are always communicated well.

I very much enjoy living here and appreciate the ongoing time, energy and effort that the team puts in every day to keep it this way!

Beautiful place to live. The units are modern and very clean, and very quiet. Whenever anything breaks down within that day it is fixed. Management is very friendly and helpful always smiling and willing to help you in anyway. The grounds are beautiful, during the summer grass is green, Beautiful flowers and landscaping. During the winter the snow removal is Awesome! I really enjoy calling this my home. Susan.

Hi my husband and I just moved in October 2019 and we are very very pleased with the apartment and building upkeep. We lived in Calgary in another apartment building and we were not please at all with the upkeep and management of the building, When we needed assistance with any problems in the suite it would take 3 -4 phone calls and often having to call the main offices to get anything repaired, here at AIRDRIE PLACE the staff look after anything right away. I must commend the management team that works and look after the buildings they are courteous, attentive and very caring and interested in the tenants, so Kudos to the team staff and management of these buildings. We look forward to staying here for some time.

Susan and all the staff at Airdrie Place Apartments are amazing! They are so helpful and kind in everything they do. I never have issues getting a hold of anyone, and they are always quick to fix any issue! Thank you to all the staff for all the amazing support and all the hard work that you do.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. The neighbors are great and the staff are very friendly with myself and my 4 year old son. He has grown up here and enjoys the parks near by. The building is kept clean daily and they put on a social function quarterly, which is great for the kids. For example: Last summer they had face painting, bbq and activities for everyone, who wanted to attend.
Highly recommend this place.

Definitely the best place we've rented. The grounds are well kept and maintained. Everything from beautiful landscaping in the summer, to prompt snow removal in the winter. The suites have usable layouts nice fit and finish when compared to your average condos.

Some reviewers spoke on the water shut offs. Understandably frustrating, but upgrades are required to keep up with demand. We are given as much notice as possible. Fill your tubs and jugs up that morning. It's not rocket science.

Like any business, it's the staff that make it great. The management team are friendly, professional and accomodating. Their door is always open and they aren't afraid to go that extra mile to make your day.

Thia last year was a challenging one for my wife health wise. Susan, Melvin, Diana went that extra mile to help anyway they could. Whether it was hand delivering a package to our door. Or checking in on my wife while I was away for work.

Our experience at Airdrie place has been nothing short of fantastic and it's the staff who really add value to it.

We are happy to call Airdrie Place our home and have rented here for quite a while. Everybody is really great to interact with in the office and the building is always kept in very excellent condition. Living here I have not had any bad experiences with the management/maintenance and they don't get enough credit for going above and beyond. The location is great and I have to say the building is pretty sound proof for an appartment (not sure what other's were talking about). If you have rented in the past and know what you are getting into with renting an appartment, you will realize that Airdrie Place has a warm and very comforting charm to it and that is hard to find these days.

Susan & Bridgette have both been wonderful to deal with since our initial inquiry to rent, through to our possession and afterward for any inquiries/questions or concerns. Fast to respond, very helpful.
We feel quite fortunate that our timing was perfect we love the adult preferred building and our location in Airdrie AB. It is a very quiet building and street location. The building and grounds are well maintained with the option of above ground or underground parking. We would recommend!

I have lived here for almost a year now. I call Airdrie Place home. The management and staff are friendly and polite always positive. They go above and beyond. When maintenance is required it's done quickly. The building and grounds are well maintained, the building is secure too. Have met friendly co renters.

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year now and are very happy . I have to laugh at some of the reviews that are obviously written by people with nothing better to do with their time.

So far we haven't run into any drug dealers lol, and if you are upset that cars are coming in and out of the parking lot all the time... Well what did you expect from a parking lot.

The buildings are the cleanest I've seen in Airdrie. The office and maintenance staff are fabulous (it's all about respect folks). If anything in our apartment goes wrong they are here in minutes to fix it. If it's something they cannot fix themselves then a specialist is called immediately.

We rarely hear anyone but it is an aprtapart building with many people so you will hear some things. That just makes sense.

In short, we love it and have no plans to leave. In fact my son and friend just moved into a place here as well.

We would like to thank the airdrie place team for their excellent service and caring attitude during our cross Canada move as they were so helpful in many ways.
We have already had to call the maintenance team to help out as well. Very professional. Even gave my husband who is very hard of hearing an excellent tip to help out from day to day.
Everyone has been so nice and also professional.
We love our new home and hope to stay for years to come.

Lived in another apartment complex before, but it was hard to get a response from the management when I needed them. Here the staff seem to care about the residents and are kind. Not planning to move any time soon.
