I’ve been here several times for waxing and always ask for whomever is available. All of the ladies I’ve encountered working there are all amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! They can hold great conversation, and you leave feeling great and always very happy with the service they provide. Will continue choosing Frilly Lilly over anywhere else, thanks ladies ❤

I spoke to Trish and she was amazing and wanted to get my situation sorted. She offered me a free gel manicure to make up for my experience. The fact she reached out and wanted to get the situation fixed and make my experience better says a lot about the people who work there.

I got my nails done last Saturday March 2nd my nails started chipping and peeling about 4 days after. I asked for gel and I don’t believe I got gel. I went there prior and it was a 10/10 experience, just this time I’m not too happy with the quality of my nails. However the lady was super nice that did them! And the salon is super clean!

Ive been to frilly lilly a few times and today I saw Ashley for a pedicure and she was amazing. Hands down the best pedicure ive had in years, and her ability to make the environment comfortable and easy deserves a gold star. Truly recommend Ashley for your next service.

I booked my first mani/pedi at Frilly Lilly and Trish was the esthetician that I saw. She was amazing. I felt like she took time to do a great job on my nails. The salon is so eclectic and comfortable, feels like you are in someone’s home. I could tell they are very serious about cleanliness of the salon and the equipment. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this salon.

Ashley is the best, she always does an amazing job. I see her everytime, I highly recommend coming here. There is plenty of great quality beauty products up front to purchase here. Also there is some beautiful jewelry as well. The ladies here are always so nice, it’s a great business. I’ve only been here for waxing, but I’ve heard great things about their other services they offer here as well.

The best place for a Brazilian. Quick and painless. I see the same lady every time for the last 10 years and she does an amazing job!

The staff are delightful, and always are genuine with their interactions. Services are great, I always can count on them to help me feel my best when leaving.

They used to do really great pedicures, but on my last couple I’ve had to get the polish redone and have not been happy with the actual pedicure, very expensive for what you get done now. My last pedicure I had to get redone because the polish stuck to my cuticles that didn’t get done and it peeled off. I explained this when I went to get them redone and the person who re did them was extremely rude and impatient about me being there and just wanted to be on her phone. I Asked about getting the cuticles done at least so it didn’t happen again and she said they didn’t need to be done. Well the polish did the same thing, was sitting on the cuticles and peeled off right away. To be honest it is not very relaxing to continue to go in and have them redone, that is a lot of time spent and very uncomfortable to feel like you are a nuisance or burden. I really wish I could have gotten them redone again properly or got a refund. Nearly $100 for a pedicure and to not be left happy about the experience is really unfortunate.

Love love love Frilly Lily! Trish is absolutely fantastic. She is so gentle with her waxing, and still manages to do a perfect job everytime. I will always recommend people to go to Frilly Lily and get work done from Trish. Thank you for all you do!

Just had my first appointment with Rachel and she was just beyond amazing! She was so considerate and did such a good job, I barely felt any pain. I am super satisfied with the results and will definitely be coming back thanks to her!

I just came back from my eyebrow waxing with Jessica, and it was wonderful! My brows look sooo good! She did such a great job, she made sure she didn't take off too much and checked in with me throughout to make sure we were on the same page about cleaning up those untamed hairs. The place was very clean and everyone was friendly. They had a nice little section of boutique jewelry and scrunchies and scarves and their own line of skincare on display. It was nice to look around at all the pretty things in the shop while waiting for my appointment. The price also wasn't too bad either. I definitely recommend!

Very professional and knowledgeable employees. Clean and bright establishment. You get to choose from multiple scrub scents and lotion scent which smell unreal! I chose tangerine scrub with lemon lotion. I felt very comfortable and not rushed. It is more expensive than a regular pedicure, well worth it though. I relaxed for almost an hour and a half during my service. Defiantly recommend Trish!

I had a waxing appointment today with Jessica. She was very friendly and professional. I was running a few mins late for my appointment and even though we started off late she still took her time and was very thorough and informative about everything going on during the appointment. The atmosphere at Frilly Lilly is very relaxing and fun! Today was my first appointment with them and it certainly won't be my last! Highly recommend.

Lovely ladies are always fast and very friendly when I get waxed. They also make sure you’re doing okay and offer to stop if it hurts to much lol. I love coming here and haven’t had any complaints over the two years I’ve been a customer. Thank you Frilly Lilly!

It was my first time going to This place. It was such a fantastic experience. I had waxing done with Ashley. She is so amazing and very professional. I definitely recommend her for waxing. It was painless and fast and very clean job. The other staff were really kind as well. The price is worth it!!!!

Nicole was excellent! My cousin and I went in for eyelash tinting, and we look gorgeous! Nothing is better than not having to put mascara on for a few weeks! Like I said Nicole was lovely! She was professional, and is very good at knowing what her clients like and dislike. I personally will be making more appointments in the future to see her!

After quite a few waxing horror stories from some other places, I was so pleased with this place! I got waxed by Kayla, and she was very friendly, chatty, and made my whole experience very comfortable! I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be back! The place is so cute and well decorated as well :)
