Everyone was really nice and easy to deal with. They got me in on a last minute call and the pricing felt honest and fair. I enjoyed my experience and I will return.

They got me in last minute for a wheel alignment on my lifted Tacoma, and I was surprised at the price 🫣. It was far cheaper then I had expected. Will be a returning customer.

Had a last minute request for front bearings and they were able to accommodate, and gave me a courtesy ride from and back to the garage. Friendly staff and fair pricing and didn't try to oversell.

If you ever need anything these guys are incredible!! They go out of their way to help you. We are from out of town stranded with 3 kids and even though they were booked solid on a Friday, before a long weekend they still made it happen to get us in so we could be back on the road. Our family is very grateful.

Very knowledgeable, and experienced people that take the time to explain all work and charges. Got my van in within a few days and did great work. Nice touch with the Smart Automotive water bottle afterwards. Very professional.

The staff all always friendly and professional. Greg was happy to call my dad and relay all the car related issues so I didn't have to try and translate the mechanic jargon. Lol always helpful .

After looking and looking for rim's for our Ford Edge, Tirecraft ordered them in with any problem of saying no when they arrived to view. We,very had some sensor issues but overall the staff were really good and the rim's were priced fairly. Happy to have used them and would go back again.

Where to start, I think simply this, Smart Auto staff are awesome! The quality of work, and the level of communication from them is above what even a "high end" dealership would be. Have used them lots and have never had a problem with tires after installation. I would say if you're in need of tires, for the price and quality, go nowhere else. But that's just my opinion, go see for yourself.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. I drive an older F-150 for work, which I abuse every day. I brought it in for some front end work and tires. I knew the front end needed work, but it was actually much worse then I had thought. Regardless, Greg was able to fit me in on short notice (even though the shop was slammed), and got my truck up and running again before no time.

Bottom line is this. If you want it fixed properly, timely, and most important safely, then Greg and his team of techs are the place to go. Well done Smart Auto, you’ve got a customer for life here!

I’ve been visiting these guys for a few years and trust them with anything automotive. They customer service is fantastic and will never upsell you on anything you don’t need. Super friendly, knowledgeable and great at what they do, My first choice in Airdrie!

I took it in to see if my (newer to me) vehicle had a block heater. Greg had a look and couldnt see one, so I booked it in to have one installed.
The appointment was 2 days later and Greg gave me a ride back home. A short time later, I got a call and was told that it did have a block heater, but it was tucked neatly underneath the vehicle. They pulled the cord to extend out of the front of the vehicle for me, and picked me up and gave me a ride to the shop to pick it up.
They didnt charge me anything! This shop is excellent and I highly recommend them for whatever your vehicle needs are. They go above & beyond with customer service.

I booked a vehicle inspection at Smart Auto after calling multiple shops (very last minute) for a pre-purchase inspection. Someone at another shop actually suggested I give Smart Auto a call, and I was able to book an appointment for the next day at 9am!

We came in from out of town and were in a bit of a time crunch to get home, and although they weren’t sure how quickly they could get the inspection done, they were able to fit me in and complete the inspection within 2 hours despite being very busy! The people we spoke to were all very nice and helpful; I ended up buying the car following their clean inspection report. Overall, I had a great experience here and would recommend to those in Airdrie.

I have been taking my vehicles to Airdrie Smart for quite a few years now and they always do a fantastic job. The work really speaks for itself. A couple other things I really appreciate about them is, when you phone or stop in there you are talking with mechanics. Makes the whole process so much easier than speaking with someone who's not familiar with the details. Also, I appreciate that they are not pushy on the repairs that aren't critical. Their vehicle inspection will identify the things that must be repaired right away and the things that should or could be done at a later date, and they are perfectly fine with whatever choices you make.

Amazing customer service! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and was able to get me in the next day to repair a puncture in my tire. My fiance brought my vehicle in and he said everyone was super friendly to him while he waited for them to finish the repair. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a while now for both my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle, excellent service Greg is always a pleasure to deal with on anything you need. They get the job done! Too many times i’ve phoned with little to no notice and they still squeeze me in.

They diagnosed my car was not worth repairing and only charged me an hour. Bad news but at least it wasn’t compounded by a big bill.

Had some issues with an oil change done there which they were super understanding and helpful to resolve the issue. Great costumer services.
