I have not dealt with this company directly, however they get a 5 star review for having a new joke on their sign each week and making my drive back and forth from Toronto a little brighter. Keep up the great work!

Was involved in a minor collision recently and I am so thankful that I got to work with Kaitlin. She has been absolutely wonderful, every step of the way. My collision was not straight forward and Kaitlin took the time to really help me with that. She has made this very stressful situation so much easier and I appreciate her greatly. The body shop booked my repair date for about a month away from now and Kaitlin even said she’d put the date in her calendar to help me set up the rental car when the time comes. Thank you, Kaitlin!

I had a weather related incident take down one of my out buildings.Parker responded quickly, and was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process with Chris doing the follow up. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and were respectful and knowledgeable.Thoroughly happy with this company overall.

As of this past year (2022), my husband researched this company online as we were looking for a better quote and service from our current policy providers. We were connected with James White, Sales Representative, and we are pleased to say that not only from the initial consultation of 1 policy, we have now switched all our vehicles, business and rental property to Ayr Farmers Mutual. Their rates far surpassed our previous rates, and the service is exemplary. James was prompt in his responses to all of our questions, and he was a pleasure to deal with along with the rest of the staff we have encountered.

We've been working with Kerri Kelly for some time now - and in this last month as we orchestrated the purchase of a new home along with the sale of our present home as well as a rental property, Kerri has gone over and above helping us with what turned out to be a very tricky juggling process. She's been incredibly responsive and helpful through a very stressful time - we could not have more gratitude if we tried. If you're shopping around, definitely go with Kerri and Ayr Farmers.

I have been with AFM for 7 years and have always had quick and easy service. My agent, Mark McMahon, has been with me the whole time and made every new policy so easy so setup. I’ve only had to make one claim before and it was such a smooth process. 10/10 great company and agent!!

We have been policy holders for quite a few years, we are 3rd generation policy holders in my family. Neil has been a great agent, always there when we had a question and willing to above and beyond to help us.
Last week, my husband got in an accident, he contacted Neil, who got the ball rolling. By the time my husband got to the reporting station, Dan was in contact with him and got the rental and everything set up.
Dan, Neil, and the rest of the staff have made the whole process very smooth which is greatly appreciated during this stressful time.

We are new customers to Ayr, and unfortunately needed to make a major claim. Our broker Kyle has been nothing but awesome in being available as a touch point for us, and our claims person has been very helpful and is always fast to respond. Very happy with our experience with them.

5* rating just for the constant jokes on the billboard (beside the highway) that always make me laugh and put me in an even better mood. Whoever is coming up with these jokes definitely needs a raise. Thank you for your consistency and determination.

The best thing I ever did was switch my car and home insurance to AFM! We've never, ever been given a reason to have a negative word to say about them. Unfortunately, that also includes two claims. One on our home, as well as one accident in our brand new van. Very prompt, professional and friendly. They go so far above and beyond as well.

Ayr Farmers Mutual is an amazing Insurance Company !! We have been with them personally for 15 years our family has been with them well probably since they started !! They go above and beyond and truly Care !! Our agent Ed Down is an amazing agent!! I highly recommend them !!

They are quick to answer questions without pushy up selling. Every year we receive a rebate it’s not huge but it’s more than I’ve ever received from any other insurance companies. I have never had a claim so I can’t speak about that aspect.
