So happy we have people like Tyler and Crystal, who both live out of town but treat everyone as if they are their neighbours.

Great selection, amazing customer service.

Happy to see this company also allows for their staff to use their common sense when it comes to closures for weather, again especially since the two reps who run this store don’t live in town.

Crystal is the best her vibe is amazing she knows what she has in stock all the time. She knows her product very well if you need to know something she is very knowledgeable. Best place to go to hands down or the speakeasy best staff hands down. Crystal is honestly my favorite. She makes my shopping experience very fun and she always teaches me something new about the products.

Not my regular spot but if you're in Ayr it's worth stopping in. Tyler was a great help!

Convenient, fast, friendly. The budtenders have been great to deal with, have offered fantastic recommendations and were open to suggestions on products to bring in.

I had to change the rating on my review as 2 days in a row the store is closed. No notice as to why, nothing on the website either. I have to leave town and go elsewhere now. March 20

I used to go all the way to the Cambridge location on Hespeler rd. and was so thrilled they were finally opening downtown! Super nice chatty and helpful staff! Dog friendly and best part is you always leave with a smile on your face. The one star does not do them justice as they work long shifts and those tips make up for the quiet days. For the variety… give them some time as they just opened and will be bringing more stock to the store.

I have been to this location 3 times. They are very friendly, helpful and honest. If they don't have an answer for your question they will be honest and look into it for you. They have a membership program that's free. They want to know what you want and are open to suggestions. They even have regular dog treats for your dog if you bring your friendly dog. I'm so glad that Ayr has this shop.

Always a great selection and the staff are great. They have some pretty good daily deals too!
