Our 20 year old shower started leaking into the ceiling space below. Mark was able to narrow down the problem to either a cheap compression fitting or a damaged shower base. He put in a proper drain connection and coordinated the repair of the shower base (a 3rd party that specializes in that), which saved the considerable expense of replacing the entire shower.

Mark has helped on 2 DIY projects that ended up needing a professional to complete. Both times he has been responsive, friendly, prompt and fairly priced.
