Needed several poly B hoses replaced with braided steel. The service person explained the work needed and the quote was a little less than expected. Super happy with the customer care from the office - they were very responsive. Will also recommend Wade Roberts Plumbing to my real estate clients who need fast and reliable service.

Last summer, Wade Roberts provided services to move a washer and dryer to a new location, upgrade our hot water tank and install a pressure reducing valve to our house. Everything was completed as scheduled, on time and within budget. Their staff were personable, reliable and very qualified. Just recently we needed somewhat urgent help to find the source of a bath faucet leak which we hadn't been able to resolve earlier despite several attempts. The tech identified the issue quickly and resolved the problem. No more leak! The caulking was perfect and the area left clean. This is a very professional company; I really appreciate how quickly they tried to help and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to family or friends.

Jared was amazing, he was polite and professional even cleaned up after. The response was time was great, from phone call to appointment was less then a week. My new fridge now does water and Ice fabulously. 100% recommend for any plumbing needs

Wade's plumbing was a joy to use! The service person arrived on time and was a pleasure to deal with during his visit, he clearly explained what needed to happen, gave me a couple choices on how he could tackle my issues and let me know exactly what it would cost before he started working! I was extremely impressed to see this kinda of classic service still is out there!

Jay is very personable and knowledgeable. He zeroed in on the problem and came prepared. He explained everything very well. He pointed out possible future problem with one feature of our radiant water heating system (not anything he had to do during the repairs), just a minor problem that might happen due the past issues. Great work and great guy I highly recommend both him and the company.

The BEST PLUMBING EXPERIENCE EVER without getting soaked! I called Wade Roberts Plumbing to come in and fix what another company admitted was shoddy work and that also broke something that wasn’t broken until they touched it, and then they ghosted me. I ‘found’ Wade Roberts Plumbing and I am so glad I called them. Zach is a true professional and an excellent rep for their company. Zach was on-time and very courteous and personable. He took the time to explain everything, gave me a quote and was able to do the work right, right then and there. It was easy to tell he not only knows what he is doing, but truly cares about the quality of work he does and the people he is doing it for. Zach not only fixed what the other company broke, but took the time to set me up with some tips for future maintenance and care. Just WOW. Zach far exceeded my expectations and I am very grateful for the excellent service and ‘old-fashioned’ values, which seem to be so rare these days. For anything plumbing, I am now a client for life!

Giving Wade Roberts plumbing a 5 star review. Matt has been to our place several times to do some jobs and has always been so good, assessing what needs to be done and doing the work in super professional and thorough manner. Last week Dillon came to do some water line work for us and I was really impressed with his service. He thoroughly explained his assessment and the work after I asked him to go ahead with it. It was a really small and uncomfortable place to work under a front porch over clay. We really appreciate both fellows from Wade Roberts and as always happily refer friends to the company. Extremely pleased with "Wade Roberts Plumbing" for excellent and professional service! We had our gas fireplace thoroughly cleaned and maintained, while Jay guided us along the way for what we can do to maximize performance. We also learned that our on-demand hot water system MUST be maintained every two years. We were going to wait a couple of months, but by flushing out the system the same day as our other job, we are saving about $200. We had 100% confidence in Jay, and will happily ask for him when we next require servicing.

Awesome service from this company. I needed to request a time change the day prior to service and the receptionist made some calls to accommodate and called me back quickly to confirm. Mitch was friendly and knowledgable and when doing the initial assessment and quote he explained what he would do to fix my plumbing issue. Prompt arrival between the time span given, and completed the job of levelling the toilet flanges up to the new flooring and had the toilet back in place quickly. I would absolutely recommend this company if you are looking for professional, prompt and friendly service.

Appointment was arranged in a timely manner. Plumber arrived on time. Inspected not just the problem we had called for, but our entire unit. Gave us options. Despite unforeseen circumstances completed the repair in a timely manner. Clearly communicated what was happening throughout the process. Was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend and will be calling them for any future needs.

Great service! I had somebody come by within hours of calling and he was as professional and helpful as you could hope. Quotes were better than competition, respect to my home was better than competition as was problem solving, trying to get in there to find the issues and solutions. He even went out on his own time researching parts for me and reached out.

Had Dillon Mason from Wade Robert's Plumbing over to install a tankless water filtration system. It was figured out and installed very quickly and without issue despite being an unusual device. Dillon was very professional and the work looks clean and tidy. 5/5 will recommend to friends and family!

Added: Dillon Mason was called in to fix a suspected gas leak with our hot water tank. He resolved all issues with the tank quickly and without issue. Again, 5/5 will recommend!

Wade Roberts Plumbing has once again exceeded our expectations. Their plumbers have always been pleasant, professional and competent. Today it was Jeremy and he gets 5 stars from us.

Mitch is a rock star! Mitch and Lorie were very flexible as our timelines changed - as they so often do with renovations - but Mitch and Lorie made it happen!!!! Mitch was here first thing Friday morning which was critical to get our plumbing completed and connected before the weekend!!!

I highly recommend Wade Roberts Plumbing. Great service and quick response from both the plumbers and the office staff when my hot water tank suddenly started leaking and I needed to replace it. The company’s flat rate pricing ensured I didn’t have to pay more than my quote even though the process took a bit longer than anticipated.
