The staff here are always very helpful and friendly, and they've even assisted me with selecting non prescription items that I was looking for. It's usually 15-20 minutes so I manage my time by getting groceries while I wait, or the online prescriptions are amazing because you can pick a time and date, and it'll be ready for you! Clean, knowledgeable, professional, and organized :)

Amazing!! Dominic is the BEST pharmacist! I have never had a pharmacist so caring and intentional. He literally called to make sure I was doing alright on the medication! I never want to go to any other pharmacy ever again!

I don’t know why this pharmacy doesn’t have a 5-star rating. The staff is exceptionally friendly, always tries to be as helpful as they can, very professional, and willing to work with customers.

Not especially quick. Drive thru is only sporadically open and driveway is difficult to manoeuvre. One pharmacist there is condescending and uhelpful. No auto refill service.

The last 3 times I had to wait for my prescription and the only response is can you do some shopping. Sounds like they want seniors to wait and shop before picking up the prescription

Changing our prescriptions. This used to be our pharmacy of choice since 2013, unsure what's been happening but the last 6 months it's been nothing but issues, mistakes made with our prescriptions, filled the wrong ones, providing wrong dosages, errors with benefits, and also assuming we should know when substitutions are made as if we knew what are the shortage issues while not taking responsibility for their actions. Quite dissapointing. Definitely changing pharmacies moving forward. It would help if at least they acknowledged their responsibility to inform consumers when they change something. But they don't.

The staff doesn't deserve the one star I have to leave them.

Doctor faxed in my prescription for t3's over half an hour ago and thebpharmacist says there are still 20 prescriptions before mine!?

That would be no problem except that there is no one here waiting to pick up their prescription except me!!!

How long does it take to count to 14!? For this staff, 50 minutes.

Just the worst.

Useless! Has taken over 2 days to get my prescription filled, was told it would be ready at 9AM so I go there only to be told it would be another 30mins as it wasn’t done! Now I am late for work and without my much needed medication!
