Banana Republic Factory Store

I shop at this Banana Republic often. I can't say enough about how welcoming and helpful the staff have been towards me every single time I visit. The clothes are well made and well priced. I almost never leave empty handed. This is definitely my go to for all of my wardrobe staples! When they have sale on top of sale ... there are amazing bargains to be had. I highly recommend Banana Republic and this store in particular!

Wow! Justine is so incredible. It would have taken me 2 days to figure out what to buy but she picked everything out in 15 minutes. Don't waste time, just go there and ask for Justine. She's the best.

We went to buy a jacket here and they didn't have the right size for the jacket we liked, but the girl (didn't get her name) on the cash counter went above and beyond to call multiple stores and got it shipped to our house. Really appreciate it. Great customer service.

After losing a considerable amount of weight, I needed new clothing. Normally I hate shopping for clothes but my shopping experience at the Banana Republic Factory Store in Ajax changed all that. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Ryan C. He was very attentive to my needs and provided excellent service. Was at this location earlier today to return a pair of jeans that did not fit quite well. The sales associate went to great lengths so I can get the size that's right for me, even calling another store and getting them delivered to me! Wow! Have not had that kind of service before! Keep up the good work!

I underestimated how good of a store this is. They have a lot of good stuff, and the day I went in was a pleasant surprise. Great quality items, staff were friendly and helpful. If you also shop on the online website, you'll find some of those items available in the store. Will definitely be back to buy spring and summer gear.

If you’re a fan of Banana Republic then you should definitely check out this outlet location. Great prices on good quality clothing - it’s my go to for work apparel. Good selection and variety of items, similar to a regular BR store. Staff are friendly, lines are never that long, and they have regular sales.

Lots of parking, helpful staff, and great quality clothing. Lots of clothes, neatly organized; you're not pawing through racks of sale clothes that are just every which way - things are where they should be and nicely hung up. I'm sure it can get crazy, but it wasn't for my visit.
