I bought a dishwasher last week, and the person was really nice who helped us pick out a Maytag dishwasher. Today, I brought back a water supply hose that I bought with our washer to get a londer one, and the lady at the returns was very nice. In fact, all the times I have gone into this Home Depot, the staff have all been nice and very helpful.

One thing about "Home Depot", the staff is trained in "Customer Excellence", e.g: will stop pushing items, skids/pallets to let a Customer walk by, unlike "Walmart", they know people will return in large numbers, no matter what attitude they have or present.

Exceptional service at Home Depot thanks to JD and Sylvia! Bought a snow blower but found a part missing after assembly. Returned to the store and even their model was missing the same part. The manager was fantastic – understood my situation and helped me select a replacement machine. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Big shoutout to the team for turning a potential hassle into a positive experience with their empathetic and proactive service!

I've been going to this home Depot the last seven years constantly for it's great service.

But today my faith in this branch exceeded my expectations due to the service of the lumber department and particularly Noah. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Also I love the very old ppl that work Here, all extremely knowledgeable. It's very hard to find knowledgeable staff like that.

I had a great experience at Home Depot Ajax location. I am very new to home maintenance and I needed help even with minor questions like what screws to use. Luis was so patient and helped with all my little questions while cracking jokes :)

I would like to share the experience I just encountered at the Home Depot in Ajax at 250 Kingston Road. Now I'll start by saying a five-star review does not merit the actions of the Assistant Manager of this location, Kenraj Rama "Kenny". So here is the encounter. Several months ago, I had purchased an LG gas range from this location. Again, with some of the best customer service I have ever received from a retail location yet alone a big box store. Yesterday evening while I was cleaning my stove which was still under warranty a catastrophe occurred. The inner glass of the oven door shattered without warrant rendering my oven inoperable the day before Christmas Eve. Now I went into panic mode. I scoured the internet to find any immediate solutions for this. None were found. Now catastrophe sets in. No available parts or service until January 3rd, 2024. I called that evening to the Home Depot and explained my story. The manager told me to attend the store and speak to Kenny who would be the manager in charge tomorrow. Now it is Christmas Eve. I attend the Home Depot promptly at 8 o’clock. I make contact with Kenny and start explaining my situation. He was very attentive and patient. I then suggested that I would buy the stove outright just to get the oven door so that I can feed my family for Christmas. Kenny was pensive and in deep thought. He then asked me if I could remove the door from the floor model. I said yes. However, I was ready to buy the range. I then removed the door. What happened next was magical and extremely emotional. He looked at me and said now you have the door for your stove so you can feed your family. He went on to say that he would lend me the door until Wednesday when the replacement part, the glass, comes in. “Merry Christmas!!!” he says and shakes my hand. I started to cry. I couldn’t believe it! I thought it was a dream! It turned out it was a miracle!!! If you believe in Christmas wishes, this one came true. I cannot tell you how deeply indebted I and my family are to Kenny. Five-star review??? Ten, twenty, a million stars review for this angel who came to the rescue of my family. To the Home Depot, many thanks to Mr. Kenraj Rama for being the exemplary manager that he is. He is a testament to the quality service provided by any employee at this location. Please do something for this extraordinary man. He is deserving of all credit and merit for making me believe that miracles do happen!!!

We shop from this location a lot. The last project was a small backyard patio and we couldn’t have done it without the help with the Home Depot loading personnel that helped us to load the carts and the car. Tahal was great!

Give Malik in appliances a raise! He is so kind, knowledgable and patient. He took the time to help us find the perfect fridge at an amazing price!

This place is awesome, you will find all your building material and house hold items. I love the customer service of this place. It’s Sunday, 8:30 in the morning, I came here to buy a drill bit and in 15 minutes I was approached by at least 5 of the staff asking me if I need any help, amazing customer service.
Worth mentioning that one Mr. Altaf is always so helpful and friendly, they all deserve 5 stars.

I went here today. I found what i was looking for. There was a lot of stock. Staff was friendly. Not busy there. The store was clean and organized and the shelves looked full

I wanted to share my fantastic experience with a Home Depot employee (Altaf Biya) in the hardware section. He is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and very friendly. He guided me through my project needs, suggesting the right tools and materials with expertise. His positive attitude made my shopping a breeze.

I came here looking for appliances, I was helped out by Adolfo C, an Appliance Sales Specialist.
I highly recommend him for any of your appliance needs, very friendly and honest person to work with.

I was shopping at Home Depot Ajax on one Saturday. My husband and I were looking for a front entrance door handle. While we were looking at the Hardware isle, we heard a voice asking us if he could help us. This guy was very nice and polite. He offered his assistance. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with his above and beyond customer service. Ended up we bought the door handle with his advice! Thanks a lot Michael.

The staff at Home Depot are very friendly and helpful. I had to pay lots if visits to Home Depot just for one item but Altaf Biya helped me and solved my problem.

Just left Home Depot Ajax and WOW! Amazing experience here! I had several things I needed for different projects so I had to go to different departments. I started at the online pick up desk and the lady was super friendly and efficient. Then an older gentleman named Stan helped me get the things I needed for my exhaust fan. Made great suggestions. Then I headed to the lumber department where a lady working in the aisle helped me find the right person to answer my questions. Anishka was awesome. Very knowledgeable for a young man and super professional. He even looked up on his phone what thickness of the wood I should get. Finally, I ended at the cashier and she was also amazing. It was such a pleasure to go to an establishment where the whole team just understands professionalism and customer service. You can tell the management here is doing a good job

Great place. Generally you can find all the things you need from DIY to professional grade here very easily and readily.

Absolutely my favorite location to visit. Everyone has been so friendly, helpful and not condescending when I asked a question. It feels like a safe place for a woman to shop at without feeling insecure! Also, there’s help everywhere. You don’t need to keep looking around for someone for 10 minutes!
