Tim Hortons

Their chocolate Tim bits..Wow!! Way better than any other place I've been. They are generous in size and so delicious.

Great place for coffee and donuts. Place is well kept. Staff was not very friendly that morning. One girl gave us an attitude problem and took a while for our order but that did not spoil my Tim Hortons experience.

Friendly staff who are very attentive and quick.
Nice clean environment.
The food was well prepared.

This Tim Hortons is very drive thru focused so don't be fooled if you hear them talking to someone else. The staff was efficient and kind enough. There was a decent selection of items, no major complaints. The venue was clean and had a variety of settings.

Always kind service and no issues with food or beverages. Stop often at this location while commuting to work via the Highway 401. Easily accessible.off the highway. Fast service.

This Tim Hortons is the one you go to in Brockville when you know exactly which donut, muffin, or sandwich you really want because they always have it. It seems a lot of the time other Timmy's run out of certain products but not this one. It always has exactly what I want. Also, the staff at this Tim's are very friendly while keeping it professional. The atmosphere in this restaurant is nice. There is higher up stools along the window, regular tables with chairs as well as bench seats and tables. Anything to please you. They also have free wifi to use while you are there and their bathrooms are always clean. The only down side, which doesn't bother me cause I don't drive is the drive threw. The line up for it does tend to run a little long sometimes although the staff works relentlessly to keep it as short as possible so it goes pretty quick most of the time. This is my favorite Tim Hortons in Brockville.

I'd give them 10 stars 🌟 if able no matter how busy or tired they are . You always get a smile, warm welcome. Not like the bold employees at prescott across from GT.

I go to the Jefferson St Tim Hortons at most 5x a day, I get my XL 3x3. It's always made right. The staff are always smiling and know me by name now. This place is like a second home.

The store manager rock! She saw a guy came in without a mask and kindly asked him to be served outside the store. But the guy didn't take it seriously and got mad and dumped the door which was so bad. She did the right thing to protect all the other customers.

I went on Saturday night over there where I saw that two employees were working and their work was fabulous. I was totally impressed from there work because they had a great efficiency of doing work and focus just on the work Rather than on something else. After saw this, I made a decision to appreciate her work. When I talk with her then I came to know about her that is Rajpreet.

It's Tim Hortons. If you don't love it, you don't love some of the best fast food available in Canada, or staff that do the best they can even when faced with a staff shortage.
