I spent 45 mins home depot had no luck, found this location on google search and i found what i was looking for. Gentlemen worked hard to find a solution for my bed support bar leg issue. Instead of spending 50$+ I fixed the issue with 10$. Amazing customer experience, other customer service team members are awesome as well. thank you Ajax home hardware team ✌✌

Small but very helpful worth the drive better then Pickering Home Depot and Rona in Pickering.Ajax home depot much better than store in Pickering.I will try Home Hardware first then Home Depot ajax second.Prices slso cheaper and the staff is trained

This store reminds me of the old country store. If you can't find something, look up. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Great store, very friendly and accommodating at helping with whatever you are looking for. The staff are the nicest people. I enjoy going in there just to look around. It's great that it is so close for the convenience.

The customer service there is always amazing!! I had zero issues or concerns entering the store. Don't let the hysteria people are spreading about safety concerns stop you from shopping here. It is perfectly safe for all ages. You don't need any more awareness than you would anywhere else.

I’ve shopped many years at the Ajax Home Hardware and have always been happy with the customer service.
Today, I needed to match deck stain I bought a couple years ago, however it was now discontinued. Kyle, a store associate, helped and after a few tries was able to match the previous colour perfectly. I want to say thank you to Kyle as he has a great attitude and was a pleasure to meet!

Small space, big selection. Got what I needed quick and easy. Great help as well from the employees.

Helpful staff. I always feel good shopping at a Canadian, locally owned store. We looked for a product at 2 big box stores and they did not have it. We always say jokingly: "Home Hardware will have 2-3 in stock." We were able to find the product there!

They have great sales but sometimes the item is not available at the store so you have to place an order at the front counter. After a couple of days, someone will call you to pick up. Excellent service

Always my first choice. Yes it's a small store and may not have everything like the big box stores. I can generally find what I need and can be in and out in no time. I can always find an employee to help me. Support your small local businesses. The big stores are just too big. Home Hardware is a perfect size for me. I don't have to walk isle after isle just to find a packet of screws.

I love the Mom and Pop atmosphere in this store. The staff are friendly and helpful, I always find what I'm looking for and sometimes I leave there with a surprise find. I know the store is small but I love it there even though I'm claustrophobic, it doesn't bother me because I enjoy shopping at Home Hardware.

Small town feel in the middle of an urban area. Staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Selection is great and prices very reasonable. Easy to get in and out without walking miles.
I've been a customer for decades and will continue to ship there first before the big boxes.

Now this is an amazing store, great items plus prices. The staff is friendly polite and kind if you're not sure about something they recommend and they teach you about their products and how you can use them.

A couple of weeks ago I went in to look for just a small portion of a rubber hose for my sink plumbing fitment. I got this super helpful and knowledgeable gentleman to assist me with what I needed and after I showed him a picture of my setup, he immediately knew what I would need, and made sure I got an additional coupling that I didn't know I needed. I only ended up having to spend a couple of bucks to fix my project. It was hands down one of the most pleasant and helpful experiences I've ever had with a hardware store. I'll be sure to revisit for any future home project needs.

Wow, what a place. I used to live in Ajax 25+ years ago and shopped here because Home Depot didn't exist. I had to return to purchase some specialty wood stove hardware that no one else carried. The staff were sooo accommodating and friendly. I will make excuses to go and shop there.
