Westney At #2 Food Mart

What a marvelous little gem of a store! I've visited Westney At #2 Food Mart on several occasions. The customer service is top-notch, too - the owner and staff truly go above and beyond. On one occasion, I needed help finding a specific product and the owner didn't just point me in the right direction, he walked me to the exact aisle and shelf. Such a personal touch is rare these days, and it's what sets this store apart from the rest. It's the kind of store that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend Westney At #2 Food Mart - a beacon of outstanding retail service!

Had great UPS service - not sure why the previous reviews are so low I only have a good experience when I come and you always get your packages on time and being friendly goes a long way. I will continue to come here with my family and children, good reliable business. Great lottery selection too to buy for gifts for grandparents if they like to play for fun.

Great customer service and always love coming in to get my dailys! I prefer this over the other local shops because the owner is always helpful when he is there and they have lots of selection and variety. Their flowers are definitely the best compared to Shoppers and other places, the price is right.

Had a great conversation with the person at the cashier, brightened my day. Hope to be able to continue to support the business in the future.

UPS pick up point here; difficult to find and their service is unhelpful and uncooperative.

Horrible customer service. I was asking for text to get my package I dropped off for tracking the seller was screaming at me that we don’t provide one. I asked for him to not scream as my young son was beside me and there were other customers around me but he continued to scream & was quite aggressive.

He also came off quite racist. UPS cannot be giving license to such individuals for package drop off or pick up - they will put an end to their business. My kid is traumatized by this one man’s filthy words and behaviour! I will report him to UPS.

Amazon asked me to drop off a regular sized box to this UPS DROP OFF for return - that same box was originally delivered to me by Amazon. This rude owner screamed at me right off the bat saying he doesn’t accept the particular box. I told him it was approved by Amazon and without return in original package they will not refund me for the return - he continued to refuse and was screaming at me. I felt embarrassed in front of the customers and as a female I’d never want anyone to visit this store on their own. The owner is very condescending and rude.

I had to drop off the box to another location that accepted it without any issues.

I was picking up a package here. The store rep asked me of it was a gun :/. Then for my idea which I handed to him. When he brought me my package he threw my ID on the counter. So rude. I asked him to hand it to be because I did not through it at him. I would never ever buy anything from here even if it was the last store on earth. My package is clearly labeled frim a clothing store. It feels like clothing. The gun comment it that passI've aggressive racism I just can't stand.

Employee behind desk was not wearing a mask, and refused to hand over my package. I showed him everything UPS says you need to bring with you for pickup, but it still wasn’t enough?!? Please don’t let your packages go here.

Is UPS too poor to get their own store? Worst service and wouldn't trust these 3 with any of my packages. Beware
