Termas Aguas Calientes

A-frame was very nice with hot tub on patio. Beautiful surroundings. Lucas was super nice and helpful getting our bags and giving us instructions. We enjoyed the pools. Restaurant was good.

We traveled by bus from Osorno to visit the hot spring here, and we had quite low expectations based on some previous reviews. But our experience was really great, the outdoor pool opens at 12:30 so we went to get some lunch first at the restaurant which was surprisingly delicious. The thermal bath itself was lovely and not too crowded at all (weekday between Christmas and new year). There is a cold shower so we alternated between the hot spring and the cold shower and got the wim hof buzz!
It’s really good value (6500 CLP) and we had a great and relaxing day.
The shower and changing facilities are also pretty good and seemed quite new.
If you’re in Osorno already and are looking for a day trip then I’d really recommend - but just don’t expect Japanese onsen levels of serene surroundings (but it’s not a million miles off!)

Had a wonderful experience at this resort for a night and wishing it was for a week. The resort is nice and well organized and easily accessed via main road. The dome cabins were a great experience specially in a rainy morning and foggy sunrise. I cannot speak highly enough of the resort. I would be returning for a longer stay.

We enjoyed our cabin really much for the four nights we spent at the ski resort. The drive back and forth has beautiful views and is not too long. The chalet was really comfortable and the private hot spring water tube the best!

Cabanas have been upgraded and each have a hot tub outside with hot spring water to fill them. Beds are comfortable, heating inside sufficient and kitchen well supplied.

The place is just magical, we went on winter and the experience of bathing in termal waters while snowing is unique. The personnel was really kind, the cheff was really considerate of preparing me a vegan dish, and it was delicious!

In April, this lovely resort set in the middle of Puyehue National Park is quiet, has few visitors and accessible prices.
