Wow. Lenny the regional manager and Mauricio the technician went above and beyond. Lenny, thank you so much for your patience and follow up. I had an issue with a TV remote control and finding the right replacement. Lenny did not drop the ball. 100% follow through. I'm impressed!

I only tapped a star so I could write this.
I have a charger story too, I paid $40 up front, then the charger cost a week later was $120. I said forget it and never got my $40back.
May19th 2021 there was a $97. charge on my visa bill. I'd never been in the store, my card never left my wallet. I blocked it, and went in to see what happened. No record of a purchase!!. The guy said it was fraud, They got $97, Visa said my card was used there. I know it was fraud and he orchestrated it. The police in Nicoya wouldn't help, said I'd come to them too late. Don't trust that place. I have a new card now.

Would give negative stars if I could! This place charged me $52 for an apple phone charger!! Don’t go here they will rip you off!!

You’re kidding right? It’s been a year and I can see from the other real review that you’re doing the same exact thing to other people. Sort your staff out and stop gaslighting.

If you want to get ripped off, this is the best place you can find.

Leider ist ein Stern schon zu viel, irreführende Werbung für Starlink, wir sind über die schlechteste Straße Costa Ricas 40 km umsonst gefahren (Öffnungszeiten nicht korrekt) haben 45 Minuten gewartet nur um einen QR Code zu bekommen der nicht funktioniert und eine WhatsApp Adresse die es nicht gibt, der Mitarbeiter überfordert und kannte nicht mal die im Geschäft vorhanden Artikel, bitte an Starlink und alle die Interesse an Starlink haben - haltet euch von diesem Laden fern (falls es trotzdem eine Möglichkeit gibt Starlink zu bekommen bitte um Antwort)
