We needed some hiking boots, Walter was really helpful and found me a pair of Merrell boots at a great price. The shop is a bit out of the way, but worth the drive! Happy customer :)

This is a great little shop for outdoor items. It's in an unassuming spot but a beautiful drive getting there from La fortuna. We needed river shoes and found a quality pair for a very reasonable price, which was awesome! The gentleman working there was friendly and helpful!

We went to this shop this morning and had an amazing and unexpected experience! Walter gave us very good tips and insights about Costa Rica. He took the time to explain us the Volcano’s history and recommended us non touristic places to discover. We enjoy our time at the tienda! If you go to Fortuna, pass by at this shop 😎

Scooter rental $12 hr or $35 a day. I rode a scooter around for a few hours - cheaper than a taxi and very fun.
Also have raft/kayak rental, rafting gear
They speak English and they are very helpful. Highly reccomend

Went in and was pretty impressed with the quality and selection of items they have. They had almost solely products from top gear manufactures in their fields. They had gear for hiking, climbing/rappelling, watersports, as well as general outdoor apparel.

Muy bien! Necesitábamos una botas de trekking y encontramos unas a muy buen precio que nos han salvado las vacaciones. El dependiente ha sido muy amable y nos ha ayudado mucho. Que el camino un poco difícil no os desanime a llegar!
