PADOKA BRAZILIAN BAKERY

We really enjoyed all our baked goods. The banana bread was delicious and the slices were two inches thick. The coffee is very hot. Very good morning stop.

Padoka's owner Rodrigo, has single handedly elevated the eateries scene in Playa Grande. He makes wonderful baked items from baguettes to desserts and serves them in a spotless setting. Try his passion fruit mousse tart and your life will be better. It's the most delicious passionfruit dish I've ever had. It's almost like a cheesecake but with no cheese and the crust is perfection.

Located at the entrance to Playa Grande but congoing contruction improvements of his building create the appearance that he's closed. Padoka is open for business Tuesday thru Sundays 7:30am-4pm and definitely worth a visit.

I got the sausage roll, the vegetarian empanada, and cheese and ham roll. Very good.

Amazing coffee and pastries. The brownie is a must try, it’s amazing.

We love the pao de queso and cinnamon rolls

Craving an espresso, I was not disappointed.

Vorzügliche Zimtschnecken, Kokosschnecken und Butter-Zucker-Teig Teilchen. Man kann mit Karte bezahlen und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert für take away.

Excelenteeee

Tem bastante itens de padaria, como pães, bolos e salgados bem saborosos, mas longe de se comparar com uma padaria brasileira. O pão de queijo é o açaí estavam muito bons. O ambiente é bem aconchegante e bonito, tudo muito limpo.

El cafe negro era como bebiendo agua caliente menos el sabor cafe :(

Went in early one morning and we got several items. Nothing was very good compared to other bakeries I’ve been in Central America. Maybe they were leftover from the previous day?
